Summary of work of the medical union in the first half of the year
In the first half of the year, under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the College and with the support of the administrative staff of the College, the Trade Union of our hospital continued to study and implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, faithfully practice the important thinking of the "Three Represents", and thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Hu Jintao. Regarding the spirit of earnestly strengthening the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, advocating the "eight honors and eight shame" speech, focusing on the overall reform, development and stability of the college, and earnestly fulfilling the functions of the trade union organization; constantly improving the system of the education representative conference and actively promoting the democracy of the school Management; focus on strengthening the self-construction of trade union organizations, and carry out various tasks in a solid and effective manner. I. Improve the system of the Teachers' Congress, give full play to the participation and supervision of the trade unions. Through careful organization and preparation, the second faculty congress and the first trade union members' congress have been successfully convened, which has laid a good foundation for the democratic management of the school. The foundation of the people, under the impetus of this conference, all faculty and staff have a new understanding of the democratic management of the school. We also strive to realize the organic combination of the work of the teachers' association and the open work of the school affairs. Many contents of the school affairs are included in the teaching representative conference. Issues such as major decision-making, development planning, and allowance distribution system of the school are included in the agenda of the Teachers' Congress; important rules and regulations within the school are included in the scope of the deliberation of the Congress. Through the teaching of the congress, a platform for democratic management was established for the faculty and staff. The political and democratic rights of the faculty and staff were maintained, the school’s decrees were smoothed, and various tasks were implemented.
A total of 87 proposals were received by the Teachers' Congress. The proposals covered important issues concerning school development, such as teaching reform, teacher team building, personnel training, and management system reform. The proposal committee conducted a serious trial on the proposal, and each proposal has been handed over to the relevant departments and is being implemented.
Second, strengthen the self-construction of trade union organizations, and consolidate the work of the trade unions in the second session of the faculty and workers' congress of our institute and the first congress of the trade union members to elect a new trade union committee, trade union funds review committee, trade union women workers committee, and the proposal of the teachers' congress The committee, and the union committee elected a new chairman of the union . After the new trade union committee took office, it devoted itself to the work with full enthusiasm and worked hard to lay a good foundation for the smooth development of the work of the next trade union .
Third, create a harmonious union home, create a new situation of trade union work We start from the care of the teachers in the actual work, help them solve practical difficulties, and take this as our unshirkable duty, and strive to use our actions to let the staff feel the staff The warmth of home. For example, before the Spring Festival, we visited old comrades who were sympathetic to the old comrades, hospitalized hospitals and surgery, even teachers and family members, and teachers who had difficulties in family, especially those with major diseases and special difficulties. We have been insisting on giving special care and help for many years. Never gave up.
In order to more comprehensively grasp and understand the health and living conditions of the faculty and faculty's family members, we will conduct extensive investigations in the various labor unions of the whole hospital to find out the situation and provide information for further warming activities and poverty alleviation work in the future. .
Fourth, actively carry out various cultural and sports activities, enrich the faculty, culture and entertainment life to meet the 60th anniversary of the school's establishment, enrich the faculty's amateur cultural life. In the first half of the year, we actively organized and mobilized the entire school faculty to participate in various cultural and sports activities. We organized sports events such as tennis matches and table tennis team competitions, and allocated 500 yuan for the logistics group sub- union to organize the “Logistics Group's Keynote Speech”.
In the second half of the year, our school will celebrate the grand celebration. At that time, the college trade union will organize members to actively participate in and prepare for the preparations, so that the event will be held festively and enthusiastically.
