2. Pay attention to the role of the second line of defense for the safety of women workers. First, the mine union organized a safety signing ceremony on the theme of “being a safe miner, creating a happy family, and building a harmonious five dragons” carried out by all mine employees and their families. 4. 5. Do a good job in information feedback to solve the worries of employees. Second half of the work concept
