In the past year, under the leadership of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Association of Citizens and Artists of the Citizens has persisted in holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the "Three Represents" and the Scientific Outlook on Development, studying and propagating the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, striving for due diligence and building up a harmonious society. The two-hundred policy and the "two for" direction, earnestly perform their duties, organize and unite all members, and do a lot of work.

First, donations give love, a red heart.

After the "5.12" Sichuan Wenchuan Earthquake, Hebi Citizens Association actively cooperated with and assisted the Provincial Association for the Advancement of the People's Republic of China, and organized a donation of 2,540 yuan from the provincial members of Hebi, including 3 city members and 1 non-member. A responsibility has been received by the Provincial Association for the Advancement of the People's Political Consultative Conference.

Second, folk traditional art works are favored, and folk artists have won many awards.

Chairman Zhang Xueying led four people to stone carvings in Thailand in March. There were words and animals, and at the same time, the Thai folk culture was inspected and cultural exchanges were held. In August, Zhang Xueying was appraised as a senior talent of folk art in Henan Province by the Provincial Personnel Department and the Department of Culture. This year, the three stone archways in Jiulian Mountain, Dagu Mountain and Houmao Village in Xinxiang were well received by tourists.

Wang Peiyu's works of the Yellow River ancient pottery participated in the International Grand Canal Yangzhou Expo in September and received favorable comments. In November, he won the provincial support for 1 million cultural industry funds. At present, some funds have been put in place.

In June, Li Junsheng boasted that "Who said that women are not as good as men" won the Best Talent Award in the Provincial Family Planning Commission's unique competition; in November, the solo "Hundred Birds and Phoenix" won the first Chinese Farmers' Art Performance Award.

Song Xuehai completed the clay sculpture museum of Yangxian Miao Plastic Art Development Co., Ltd. in May, and is in trial operation. The Qishui Nianhua series "Unforgettable", "Life" and "Chaoyong" are based on the villages on both sides of the Hebi Qihe River. The first person is called "I" as a primer. The series of trilogy of life series is independent of each other, and they are connected to each other. Each chapter has eight chapters, three chapters and twenty-four chapters, more than 17,000 lines, more than 401 pieces, nearly 200 pictures, beautifully framed. The combination of illustrations and texts is both an epic of the Central Plains and a microcosm of the contemporary northern peasants. The text version of the Qingming Shanghe Map vividly, profoundly and intuitively records the social changes in Hebi's 50-year history and describes the great achievements of rural reform and opening up in the past 30 years.

In April, Wang Junzhi's Qihe poetry was selected into the book “China's Excellent Characters Treasures” and won the first prize. On June 18th of the same year, the poem was also included in the Chinese Popular Literature Research Association. On the 8th of April, Wang Junzhi was awarded the honorary title of “Republic Artist” by the Association of Chinese Literary Artists. “The pilgrimage to Qishui’s shore is more singular, the Tang Dynasty’s poet Gao Shi and his Qi Qi "Poetry" won the first prize of "Commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening up" and was included in the "China's 30 Years of Reform and Opening up". On May 18th of the same year, "Qi Qi Shi" was rated by the Science and Technology Creation Committee. In August, "Qihe Erjie" won the first prize of outstanding works in the evaluation of Beijing Yanyuan Yingjie News and Culture Exchange Center, and was incorporated into the book "Outstanding Theoretical Collections of the 30th Anniversary of China's Reform and Opening-up";

In September, Wang Junzhi was awarded the Outstanding Artist of the Chinese People by the Human Contribution Award Culture and Art Jury Committee and the China Culture and Art Life Achievement Award Evaluation Center, and was awarded the honorary title of Harmony China - Literature and Art Excellence Honorary Person. The first prize of the work; on September 9, Wang Junzhi was awarded the title of "2019 Chinese Artist of the Year" by the Chinese Literature and Art Society;

On October 15th, Wang Junzhi was awarded the honorary title of “Chinese sinologist art gold award” for the lifelong achievement by the Chinese People's Literature Reporting Magazine of the Chinese Han Society. On October 16th, the folk literature “Qihe Folk House” won the 8th Unit of the 4th Unit of the Chinese Culture News. The New Century Voice Harmony China Silver Award; Luo Guanzhong and Bailong Temple won the 100th Annual Academic Award of the World Culture and Art Research Center and China International Exchange Press in October. The 60th major theoretical achievement "Special Award" was incorporated into the "Compilation of the 60th Anniversary Awards for the Republic of China", and the individual won the "Golden Five Stars" first prize of the "Republic Construction";

5. The first batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative inheritors are on the list.

On June 16, Henan Province announced the list of the first representative inheritors of provincial intangible cultural heritage. Four members of the Citizens Association of the People's Republic of China were selected as the inheritors of the folk art class of Minxian County: Wang Xuefeng, Song Xuehai, Chai Xiujian; Su Wanqing, the inheritor of Qixian County, a folk drama class.

The declaration of the representative inheritors of the provincial intangible cultural heritage is organized by the Provincial Department of Culture. After personal reporting, local recommendation, declaration, provincial intangible cultural heritage protection expert review committee review, social disclosure and review, the final list was finalized. The list covers 101 categories in 10 categories, and a total of 221 inheritors were selected.

6. Folk traditional literary and artistic activities are frequent and widely praised by cadres and the public.

From February 18th to 22nd, the Citizens Association organized a folk traditional performance in Pang Village. It has performed five performances and has invigorated the cultural life of the two festivals.

On May 1st, members of the Hebi Citizens Association organized a folk painting and calligraphy exhibition in the Golden Tourism Week of Qilong Temple in Qihe, and exhibited more than 30 paintings and calligraphy works, which promoted Qihe culture and improved the popularity of Hebi Qihe.

On May 11th, Hebi Citizen Association held a photography exhibition of “Beautiful Home” in Hebi Residence in Shima Township, Shancheng District, and exhibited more than 80 works.

On June 16, the Citizens Association organized more than ten peasant members in Pang Village to hold a symposium on the study of the unforgettable works of poetry reflecting contemporary peasant life.

7. Develop new members and strengthen the strength of the association.

This year, the Citizens Association has developed 11 new members and delivered fresh blood to the association.

8. Actively study Qihe culture and serve the city construction of our city.

In October and November of this year, the Citizens Association organized three activities along the Qi wind, inspection and archaeological research activities, focusing on the research of Qishuiguan, Lutai site and ancient city in Donggao Village, and participated in the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Tourism Bureau. The Qihe Culture Symposium organized by the Development Zone Management Committee made a speech for the decision-making of the city's culturally strong city, Qihe Park, and Yihe Wuyuan.

In the past year, although the Citizens Association has done a lot of specific work, there is still a certain distance from the requirements of the higher authorities. The Citizens Association is determined to strengthen ideological and political learning under the leadership of the Municipal Federation of Literature and Art in the new year of 2019, actively serve the city's economic construction, participate in various activities organized by the state, the province, and the city, and do a good job in the preliminary work of the rescue project for folk cultural heritage. Seriously strengthen the Qihe culture research, assist the village party committee to prepare for the construction of the Scorpion Stone Carving City, and strive to organize the pipa competition, produce good works, produce fine products, get gold awards, and win big prizes. The whole year plans to win one national award, and strive for three. There are 3 provincial awards and 5 competitions. At the same time, we will develop new members, develop new members, continue to do all kinds of work, and work hard for the work of the Citizens Association to a new level!
