4. Volunteers respect each other, care for each other and jointly raise existing problems. During the event, they respected the old volunteers and respected the volunteers from Quanzhou. Especially the new volunteers did not do well.
5. Individual volunteers believe that our organization's activities are orderly and effective, self-righteous, and the speech does not pay attention to occasions and measures, affecting the reputation of Nanan volunteers and affecting the unity of the association.

8. The organization of some activities, the management personnel are not clear. The effect of some activities is not obvious.
9. The intensity of expanding influence is not big enough.
10. There are no outstanding features. There are so many love organizations. If we want to develop, we must highlight our characteristics.
