Five, a few suggestions.

1. At present, the fitness and bodybuilding movements in our city have developed rapidly and the scale is very large. The fitness clubs in the city have developed from 7-8 in XX to 158 now. However, our association found in the work that there are many problems in the management of these health clubs in our city. If some safety channels are not smooth, fire prevention measures are not safe; some environment ventilation is not good, members train lack of oxygen; some business licenses are incomplete; some coaches and practitioners do not meet the qualification requirements, and even no training certificates.

Therefore, our association suggests: In 2019, whether it can be led by the Municipal Sports Bureau, it will organize a joint law enforcement inspection with the public security, industry and commerce, health, sports, and associations to strengthen the management of these clubs to prevent unsafe accidents. If the certificate of conformity is issued in accordance with the regulations, it shall not be corrected within the time limit.

2. In order to strengthen and promote the further development of the city's youth weightlifting campaign and give full play to the backbone of the city's traditional projects, according to the understanding of the Association, the Provincial Construction Second Middle School is doing a good job of combining teaching and training on weightlifting projects. Therefore, my association suggested that: in 2019, the Municipal Sports Bureau will take the lead, and together with the district and county cultural and sports bureaus, the Education Bureau, the Municipal Sports and Weightlifting Association, hold a city-wide weightlifting project on-site experience observation meeting in the Provincial Construction Second Middle School.
