First, taking construction and production as the center, giving full play to the functions of trade union organizations, and extensively launching model-building activities

(1) In the first half of 2019, the completion of the project construction and production plan and the completion of the image progress: the total contract price of this tender is 165,869,415 yuan, the first half of 2019, the inspection is 6,309,045 yuan, and the cumulative inspection is 28,431,879 yuan. At present, the construction progress of Dazhun Project Department is completed; 1. Bridge project: 1), Xiaoyugou Bridge has completed 0# abutment, 1# pier and 6# pier concrete pouring construction; 2# pier has completed 18m high concrete pouring ; 5# bridge pier concrete pouring has been completed; 3#, 4# pier design completed drilling repair, from the original design digging well foundation to pile foundation, 3# pier currently completed foundation excavation 850 m3, 4# pier foundation artificial digging The filling of 11 pile foundation concretes in the hole has been completed. 2) The Yaogou Bridge completed the site leveling, newly built materials and materials transportation roads, established construction camping, and the design unit drilling equipment entered the site to prepare geological supplementary drilling. The land acquisition problem was not solved and the villagers could only evacuate. 3), Xihala Zhongqiao 3# abutment, because the road is in the scope of land acquisition of Tongmei Company, the same coal company requires the construction unit to stop working, so the construction unit can only evacuate the equipment and save it outside its land acquisition.

2. Tunnel construction: 1) The Xiaoyugou tunnel entrance has completed the excavation and accumulated 375 meters. In the first half of 2019, the excavation was completed on June 7, the inverted arch completed 312 meters, and the side wall completed 276 meters. Complete 216 meters and prefabricate some of the gutter and cable trough cover. 2) New construction roads for the construction of the Xihala 1# and 2# tunnels. Because the roads are in the land acquisition scope of the same coal company, the same coal company requires the construction units to stop working. 3) There are a total of 7 tunnel projects with a total length of 4.114km. Among them, the single-line tunnel has 375 meters of Xiaoyugou tunnel, 870 meters of Xihala 1# tunnel, 975 meters of Xihala 2# tunnel and 567 meters of Yaogou 1# tunnel. The kiln ditch 2# tunnel is 468 m, the kiln ditch 3# tunnel is 514 m; the double-line tunnel is 345 m in length. At present, the Xiaoyugou tunnel is under construction, and other tunnels are not affected by the land acquisition of the construction unit.

3. Culvert engineering: 1) There are 6 culverts currently under construction. Two completed ones are: right dk237+941 and long culvert; right dk238+104 is connected to long culvert. There are 4 constructions under construction: dk237+781 with long cover culvert wall concrete is under construction, the remaining concrete is 41 m3; dk240+551.55 is connected to the long cover culvert to complete 4 sections, 3 sections of wall and partial cover construction The remaining part is the entrance inclined cover and the eight-character wall; the right dk238+912 is connected to the long cover culvert and the stone blasting is 600m3; the dk240+208.52 is the long cover culvert which is being demolished. 2) There are 20 culverts in this section, including 10 long culverts and 10 new culverts. Except for the above 6 culverts, the rest are not available.

4. Subgrade engineering 1) Due to the impact of land acquisition and house demolition by the construction unit, the roadbed earthwork in the tender section does not have the conditions for commencement of construction.

Under the guidance of the company's leadership team, the work of the Dazhun project has achieved remarkable results. The union members united and led all the staff and successfully completed the production task planning indicators issued by the owners, but there was still a gap between the company's planning indicators and the quality and smooth completion. Safety and strict control of the "cross-railway construction, tunnel construction, high pier construction" construction process is safe, without any safety responsibility accidents. The project trade union organization actively carried out the activities of various activities according to the requirements of the company. In the "practice of the scientific development concept, we will fight two battles to ensure the completion of the output value of 1 billion yuan in the first half of the year - the 90-day campaign and the second quarter of the final battle." In the hot sun and the fierce battle, the decisive battle climax was set up at the construction site. The project department distributed electric fans to the employees, and purchased heatstroke articles such as tea, sugar, mung beans and other timely delivery to the construction site to stimulate the construction enthusiasm of the employees.

Second, solidly carry out the construction of model workers' homes and safety standards site construction activities

When the project was established last year, the staff quarters, canteens, boiler rooms and toilets with standard specifications were built. At the beginning of this year, the project began to write slogans in the camp and outside, and the gates had obvious signs. Three flagpoles were erected in the office area. The national flag, the local flag, and the Gonggong flag fluttered high with the wind. The gate was made into a light box-type gatehouse. The construction of the entire camp area reflected the distinctive corporate characteristics and formed the unique culture of the faculty. Corporate reputation and brand reputation have played a good role. The high starting point and high standard of building a home is not an empty talk. It requires the strong support of the party and government workers for cooperation and administration. From the recognition of input, the form and content need to be in step. The project department adheres to the principle of “people-oriented, all construction and production as the center, and all employees' interests as the center of gravity”. It is close to the staff and close to the reality, and strives to build the enterprise into a warm home. First, the maintenance of employee rights and interests, such as urging workers' vacation system and staff to take back and forth to pick up and drop off work, and supervise the work of staff canteens, so that employees feel the warmth of the enterprise. Second, the project department has distributed daily necessities such as work clothes and raincoats for each employee, so that employees can feel the feeling of home. Third, according to the project needs and the owner's requirements, the project department has purchased 5 computers, 4 printers, 1 photocopier, 1 digital camera, enriched project department and office facilities of three teams, and one computer phone at the same time. The Internet strengthens the communication with the owners, supervisors and superiors, and improves the degree of automation, so that employees have a good working condition to do their jobs. Fourthly, it has invested nearly 40,000 yuan to produce a propaganda column and construction signboards. The flags are fluttering and the banners are striking. The site culture is full of atmosphere. Fifth, the project purchased 11 sets of entertainment equipment such as television sets, and often organized employees to carry out various forms of cultural and sports activities. The extensive public cultural and sports activities flourished, which not only achieved the role of employees in strengthening the body, but also showed the appearance of a company's employees. For example, the poker and chess competitions organized on April 31 this year. The "May 4th" Youth Festival organized technical events such as mirrors and side angles.
