First, pay close attention to the basic work of the disabled in the community:

At the beginning of the year, my community has organized full-time disabled workers to seriously study the series of files issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the cause of the disabled, and use it as a guide to comprehensively guide the work of the disabled in the community. At the same time, in accordance with the specific requirements of the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, special work in all aspects is carried out.

In the specific work, we have established community disability organization workers and allowed them to play their due role in the work of disabled people in the community. At the same time, we have established strict service conventions and service systems, and strengthened the accessibility of the community. The renovation of the facilities will make the community construction more charitable, more harmonious and more warm.

From the experience of disabled people in the community for many years, it is necessary to have good staff in order to have good work results. Over the years, my community has been focusing on this development and trying to create working conditions for full-time disabled people in the community. Respect their opinions, care about their lives, and create a good working environment for them, so that they can work more confidently. Based on this, the work of disabled people in my community has been moving forward.

On the eve of the Spring Festival this year, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation cared for the disabled in the city. The Community Coordinating Disabled Persons' Federation visited Wang Bo, Zhang Jiafu, Jia Shuyun and other impoverished disabled people in my community to visit and give condolences and condolences to them. The care of the party is full of hope for the future life; in March, the community rehabilitated rehabilitation staff was referred to the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation to fill in the application for the subsidy for Wang Degui's daughter and Wang Guifen's daughter in the community. Thousands of dollars, this reflects the government's emphasis on and care for the children's education of disabled families; during the "March 8" Women's Day, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation has specially organized the "Qing Sanba Association", and my community is Zhang Jiafu and Wang Guifen. Wang Yumei and other disabled people represented the group and actively cooperated with other disabled people in the community to participate in this large-scale party event. In order to get better placement for the disabled, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation and the Municipal Labor Bureau jointly organized the “One Belt and Ten Passes”. Special labor and employment training, Li Wei, Wang Yumei, Li Cuiling, Zhang Jiafu and others from the community participated in the training; on the occasion of the arrival of “Ear Day”, The community organized disabled people to carry out special training, and visited disabled families such as Tao Huadong and Guan Jingxiu, who were hearing disabled; during the “Helping the Disabled Day”, they were together in the bustling location of the city with other brothers in this street ----- Lanshi Street, with the publication of newspapers, banners, leaflets, and information desks, has carried out extensive publicity to the general public, highlighting the theme of “care for children with disabilities and enjoy equal education”, which has been well received by the public. The city television station also gave full coverage. During this period, through the coordination of my community, some leaders, such as the community and the street, organized some condolences and funds. They visited Wang Guicai and others who had lost their arms in the jurisdiction.

Second, strengthen the services for the disabled:

Community disabled workers always keep in mind the concept of serving disabled people. In the specific work process, it is no longer satisfied with the traditional leadership arrangement to complete a little work concept. Intensive training has been carried out both in concept and in specific services. Responsible for service work must meet the needs of everyone from the advanced awareness, advanced speed, and advanced approach. In order to do this, professional training for authoritarian staff will give them more skills, educate them from the bottom of their hearts, abide by their duties, work hard to be close to the disabled, and serve them wholeheartedly.

Third, comprehensively develop the work of disabled people in the community:

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the founding of the great motherland. Dongfeng Community will fully cooperate with the square to perform. At present, my community's disabled organizations are working hard to find all kinds of literary talents and recommend them upwards. Up to now, my community has successfully completed the overall renewal of the disabled, and 125 people have completed the renewal. A group of specially disabled people have participated in medical insurance under the coordination of community disabled people's organizations. Some construction work in the community is in the final stage of perfection. We strive to be famous in the inspection of the Disabled Persons' Federation in July and August, and create a new glory for the disabled in the Dongfeng community!
