Under the leadership of the mining unions and under the strong support of the party and government of the unit, the Property Management Center’s trade unions strictly followed the arrangements and requirements of the mining party committee and the mining union’s archives and the spirit of the meeting, and conscientiously implemented the Party’s xx fifth and sixth plenary sessions. In accordance with the requirements of "xxxx" and the scientific outlook on development, the spirit has fully exerted the basic functions of the trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees and the role of "bridges and ties", and has achieved remarkable results in various work.
First, strengthen the ideological and learning of employees and improve the safety awareness of employees. This year, according to the production development requirements of our unit, combined with the actual situation of our unit, we carried out production learning activities. Carry out a series of educational activities on the theme of “learning theory, improving quality, and innovating industry” among employees, and always regard employee education and training as the primary task of doing a good job in safety production, and continuously strengthen employee education and training according to the central work arrangements at each stage. . Regularly use the "Safe Learning Day" and pre-class meetings to organize employees to seriously study the laws and regulations such as the Trade Union Law, the Labor Law and the Coal Mine Safety Regulations, through accident case analysis, employee moral education, ideology enlightenment, and safety. Safety education in the form of speeches has improved employees' awareness of safety production and self-preservation.
Second, strengthen democratic management, adhere to democratic supervision, and insist on openness of factory affairs. We have continuously improved the democratic management mechanism, and promoted and improved various rights protection mechanisms and work systems, including the Staff Representative Conference and the financial disclosure system. Adhere to the monthly work meeting of the discipline inspection and supervision station, listen carefully to the information of the "four major members" feedback, give full play to the supervision functions of party members, employee representatives and committees, form a mechanism for mutual supervision of employees, party members and leading cadres, and timely announce the operation status of the units. Major issues such as the use of funds, capital welfare expenses and other expenses.
Third, adhere to the popular line and resolve the difficulties of employees in a timely manner. In the past year, the trade unions have always kept in mind that "the interests of the people are no small matter", and the problem of solving the production and life of the workers and staff is taken as a major event, insisting on going deep into the production line, going deep into the life and work of employees, listening to the voices of employees, and timely analyzing and resolving the contradictions among employees. Avoid petitions from employees. In the whole year, a total of 6 person-times of staff talks and home visits were made, and 21 employee suggestions were used reasonably, 15 people with special hardships were rescued and 21,000 yuan of relief funds were distributed. At the same time, we also used the holidays to contemplate the retired old workers, help them solve the practical difficulties in life, and went to the hospital to visit the sick workers, help solve specific problems such as medical expenses, and visited the inpatients, retired employees and family members for 6 times throughout the year.
Fourth, do a good job in trade union management and self-construction work. Adhere to the regular work and study system of the trade union committee, and actively pay the membership dues to the higher-level trade unions. The use of membership fees will be announced to all members in a timely manner, and the work will be reported to the branch secretary on time, and the work of the branch will be carried out smoothly. Adhere to the democratic management line, continuously establish and improve various democratic systems of trade unions, continuously strengthen the self-construction of trade unions, advance with the times, forge ahead, fully implement the social functions of trade unions, continuously improve the work level of trade unions, and comprehensively complete each Task task.
