Summary of physics teaching work


In this semester, I worked as a physics teacher for nine classes and three classes. In the first semester, I adhered to the party's education policy in the new era, adhered to the people-oriented principle, and resolutely obeyed the management and leadership of the school leaders and the Academic Affairs Office. The work was conscientious and solid, and worked hard, constantly seeking truth and innovation, and achieved certain results.

First, the teaching objectives

1. The quality of classroom education has improved. In this semester, I am guided by activation, optimization and individualization. I contacted students' actual situation, seriously studied teaching materials and teaching methods, grasped the basic knowledge and basic skills of textbooks, attached importance to the process of acquiring knowledge and the cultivation of scientific inquiry ability, and closely related to social life. In fact, we should do a good job of applying knowledge, deepen the reform of classroom teaching, strengthen mutual learning and discussion in the teaching process, and cultivate students' interest in learning physics and the ability to apply physical knowledge to solve practical problems.

2. Actively participate in physics teaching research work. During the semester, I took the goal of improving myself and exercising myself, seriously participated in the group's teaching research, used various rest time to read extracurricular supplementary books, prepared excellent cases, and completed a series of teaching and research work according to school requirements.

3, Peiyou and other poor work results are obvious

In the classroom teaching, I try to face all the students, so that most students can understand and do classroom exercises, and at the same time teach students in accordance with their aptitude, strengthen the guidance of learning methods, and guide them to students with better knowledge and strong learning ability. To develop knowledge in the vertical and horizontal directions, to the undergraduates who have a common knowledge base and weak learning confidence, focus on guiding their cultivation of good habits, encourage the learning confidence of the students, and cultivate the spirit of exploration of excellent students, and achieve good results.

Second, there are problems

1. Some students have weak learning abilities, poor study habits, difficult to develop learning interests, lags in thinking, short-sightedness, and do not pay attention to physics subjects. They cannot complete relevant learning tasks according to teachers' requirements.

2, a small number of students are not strong in hands-on ability, can not complete the relevant experimental operations, without a good spirit of scientific inquiry, there is fear of difficulty in learning.

3. There is a phenomenon that the homework cannot be completed independently. The sense of cooperation is not strong, the ability to explore is poor, and the relevant conclusions cannot be independently summarized. Most students have poor verbal ability.

Third, the future work concept

In the future work, it is necessary to combine the learning characteristics of the class students, classify the students, and adopt various forms of classroom teaching mode so that each student can learn some useful knowledge. In addition, the insufficiency of the class students during the semester is strengthened so that students can learn relevant subject knowledge during the study period.

In short, although I have gained a lot in the past semester, I have been searching for a long way. I will continue to improve myself in the future work, constantly improve the level of education and teaching, and inject new vitality and vitality into the teaching of physics.
