This semester, I worked as a class guide for eight classes. Under the unified organization of the school leaders, under the strong support and cooperation of the teachers in our class, all the work has been carried out smoothly, and some achievements have been made in study and life. Third, for the specific situation of this class, I have formulated group rules and regulations suitable for each group, and implemented the team leader responsibility system. Under the unified guidance of the school's teaching office, we have studied the school rules and regulations of the “Regulations on the Daily Behavior of Middle School Students” and “Detailed Rules for the Violation of Students in Wulijie Middle School” and made clear regulations. Such as: grooming, classroom discipline, morning reading, afternoon self-study time, group study, subject development and so on. Using the quantitative system, the outstanding group is selected every week, and the team with the highest score is recommended to the school for recognition. The duty day cadres are responsible for registration and selection. Classes can be submitted to the class management for comments or requests at any time. Fourth, the development of effective assistants: such as Zhou Qiwen, Xiao Ting, Wang Hongyue, Yan Wei, Luo Yuan and others.
Third, the transformation work of the underachievers In this respect, as the class leader, I first treated them with a correct attitude, thoroughly investigated the bottom of the investigation, and figured out why they became poor students, and did a good job of teaching them in accordance with their aptitude.
