Students are the main body of teaching. Therefore, to understand and analyze the situation of students, targeted teaching is crucial to the success of teaching. When I first came into contact with teaching, I still didn't know how important students are to teaching. They just concentrated on studying books, textbooks, and trying to make the classroom vivid and easy for students to accept. But at the beginning, I found that I followed my own teaching design and took a class that I thought was lively and interesting. I thought that the teaching effect would be ideal. How do I know that the feedback is not satisfactory? Later, I learned that most of my classmates couldn’t understand, but some of the students’ content had never been touched before. Therefore, I did not understand the actual situation of the students before class, and did not prepare the students' classes. In the future, we must gradually overcome this.
Second, wholeheartedly, stressing methods, spirits, and enriching the classroom.
The teacher is the leader and participant in the teaching process. The method of enriching the classroom is the primary task of the teacher throughout the teaching process. As a foreign language, English needs to be shipped. Therefore, in addition to the classroom effect, students need to read more, talk more, and practice more. After class, I found that students' homework problems were solved in a timely manner, and they were clearly explained in time to allow students to digest them in time. The class is rich in content and realistic. Naturally, the lectures are lively, and it is difficult to take care of all of them. It is natural to attract students. Therefore, teachers must have sufficient spirit every day to let students feel a natural atmosphere. In this way, teaching is more effective. Looking back at my own lectures, I feel a little embarrassed because sometimes I can't do it very well. When students are unwilling to learn in class and violate discipline, my emotions are affected, and this is brought to the teaching, so that the original normal lectures are impacted, and the level of teaching is not enough to affect the teaching effect. I must work hard to overcome, research methods, and take a good approach to solving problems in the classroom.
Third, the specific analysis, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, training excellent, poor teaching, happy teaching
In the whole teaching process, due to the different mastery of students, there is a superior difference layer. On the one hand, some students have a relatively weak English listening ability and a deeper teaching in the whole English. The students are still unable to adapt. On the other hand, some of the students are more active, the class atmosphere is positive, and the results are good. Therefore, it is too shallow to take care of the whole, so the teaching effect is not as good as ideal. It can be seen that understanding and analyzing the actual situation of students, seeking truth from facts, and specific analysis of specific problems, to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, has a direct impact on the effectiveness of teaching. and so. I use extracurricular time to supplement the extracurricular knowledge of excellent students, and provide corresponding counseling for poor students according to the actual situation, so that the overall improvement of students' grades. Thereby establishing student self-confidence. Improve your interest in learning.
Since every teacher, especially an English teacher , is constantly improving and innovating his own teaching, there are inevitably failures and detours.
