The district art teaching and research section conducts the district art teachers all the year round. 3. At the beginning of the semester, under the arrangement of the teaching and research section, I actively and seriously organized the business training of the art teachers in the district. In the training, I took the teaching design of the "Color Matching of the Room" as the content, and communicated with all the art teachers at the meeting.

4. It is also an important content to strengthen the artistic creation level of art teachers for the current situation of art teachers in our district. To this end, the art teaching and research section organized the art teachers from the whole district to enter the art gallery, so that the art teachers can feel the beauty of the call in the ocean of art, stimulate the enthusiasm for appreciation and beauty, constantly improve their artistic accomplishment, and improve artistic perception. 5. Carefully organize the district-level art open class teaching observation activities.

The district-level open class of each semester is an important activity to show the level of classroom teaching of art teachers in our district. I myself He has served as one of the public classes. 6. Organize group preparation activities.

In the lesson preparation, pay attention to the advantages of preparing lessons, teaching and research in the group, encourage teachers of each school to listen to each other, evaluate classes, bring new members to teachers with experienced teachers, and bring all teachers with key teachers . 7. Actively organize art teachers from our district to attend classes at foreign schools.

This semester has organized the teachers of our district to participate in the city-level open class held in 65 and the lectures of the Chinese small art subject classroom observation class held in the 46th Middle School of Binhu New District, so that the majority of art teachers have got a good job.
