I found that the problem of class students began to be complicated and the thinking was active. Some students who have turned over can not be integrated into the class. Simple preaching has no effect on them, students' ability to communicate is increasing, and the chances of making trouble are rising. It makes me feel that they are really growing up, and the contradictions are getting more and more. The third grade is the most turbulent grade, the most likely to change, good students may change into bad children, and bad children may gradually seek advancement. This is more obvious in our class. Some students who are usually better, sometimes their grades begin to decline. However, children who are not very good at the time are suddenly serious in their studies. The class is also serious, and the fluctuations are relatively large. To this end, what I am taking among the students is to strengthen ideological education.

First, behavioral norms education. Due to the poor self-discipline of students, the education of behavioral norms is always unremitting, and urges students to raise their awareness in thinking. In normal times, some students talked and reminded more, and pointed out the uncivilized behaviors such as littering and swearing in the same place and demanding correction. Most students can consciously abide by the code of conduct during the semester.

Second, learn purpose education. Some students have poor foundations and poor learning abilities. Some students are even tired of learning, but I still consciously guide students to study hard. First, strengthen the contact with the teacher, understand the situation of the students, treat students with poor self-awareness, and educate and help; then arrange the students to match the students with poor grades, and supervise and check the completion of the learning tasks. For the education of special group students, I mainly adopt a private approach, which is easy to communicate and easy to accept. I pay more attention to them, more observations, more encouragement, so that they can also make progress, so that they can also have confidence.

Third, team spirit education. Today's students are more self-aware and lack the awareness of taking care of the overall situation. Therefore, through education, students are encouraged to help each other, enhance friendship, make progress together, establish a sense of collective, and participate in the collective activities organized by the school to cultivate students' collective consciousness and greatly enhance the collective cohesion.
