In a blink of an eye, one semester has passed. With the help of the school leaders and colleagues, I successfully completed the work of this semester. Looking back on this semester, it is both busy and fulfilling, and there are many places worthy of summarization and reflection. The work of this semester is now a summary to promote improvement.
First, strengthen learning and continuously improve the quality of the ideological business.

"There is no end to learning the sea, and teaching is endless." Only by constantly charging can we maintain the youth and vitality of teaching. Therefore, I have been actively learning all along. This semester, combined with the eighth curriculum reform, established the focus of the new curriculum standards and related theories. In the first semester, I seriously participated in the new curriculum training and various study lectures organized by the school. In addition, I have used books and the Internet to carefully study the new curriculum standards for art, the new curriculum standards for art education, and related articles such as "Transformation of Education and Transformation of Teacher Roles" and "How Teachers Work with New Curriculum". By learning the new curriculum standards, I will establish an advanced teaching philosophy and clarify the direction of future teaching efforts. With the development of society, the renewal of knowledge has also urged me to continue to learn. I usually have the opportunity to make progress in education and teaching through skills training, going out to class, and starting classes. Through these learning activities, I have continuously enriched myself, enriched my knowledge and knowledge, and prepared for my better teaching practice.
Second, realistic and innovative, earnestly carry out teaching, teaching and research work

Education and teaching is the primary task of our teachers . In this semester, I have tried to apply the new curriculum concepts I have learned to the classroom teaching practice, based on “using new and old teaching materials and practicing new ideas.” I strive to make my art teaching more distinctive and form a unique teaching mode. Better reflect the requirements of quality education and improve the quality of art teaching.

In daily teaching, I insist on doing a good job of "five seriousness" in classroom teaching. Prepare carefully before class, carefully design the lesson plans, and combine the actuals of each class, flexibly improve each class, try to complete the class content as much as possible, and carefully correct the student's homework after class, different types of classes, different grades. Different correction methods are used to make students more interested in art and improve the artist's art level. In addition, after the lecture, according to the gains and losses, write some post-teaching feelings and reflection on teaching, from a few sentences to a long one, the purpose is to accumulate experience for future teaching. At the same time, I also actively communicated with the class guide to understand the students, improve the teaching methods, and break through the study method. In view of the old, single and out-of-study content of the old textbooks, I actively developed and designed the school-based curriculum, and designed the "magical shoes", "my chair", "magical chair", "beautiful curtain" and other lessons. Focus on cultivating students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative thinking ability.

For the teaching of the art elective courses I am responsible for, I use the principle of combining systematic and staged, to set time, place and content, so that every class can make students have something to gain. In short, regardless of the classroom teaching or the elective course teaching, I aim to cultivate students' abilities and improve the students' enthusiasm, and strive to make art teaching play a greater role in the growth and development of students.
Third, work hard, complete other work in the school This semester I actively assisted in the "Qingliuyi Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition", "student hand-work exhibition" and other activities; at the same time there are many propaganda posters, exhibition window and other tasks. Not only does it involve a lot of art promotion work, but some of them require us to actively participate in the creation of works. For every task that the school has arranged, I can complete it with my greatest enthusiasm, and basically can do “work hard, high quality and efficiency”.
Fourth, strengthen reflection, and timely summarize the teaching gains and losses.
Rethinking the work in this school year, while watching the results, I also think about my own shortcomings in the work. There are not enough points:
1. The study of the new curriculum standards for art is not deep enough. There are not enough thoughts in the practice of the new curriculum. It is impossible to record some teaching ideas and problems in time for reflection.
2, teaching and research in this academic year to increase the intensity of learning, seriously studied some theoretical books on teaching and research, but the application in teaching practice is not in place, the research is not done in detail and real, did not reach their own heart aims;

3. There are not many special and creative things in art teaching. I originally wanted to open a "child ink painting" interest group in the art elective course, but for various reasons, I have not been able to realize it. In the future, I will try to find out some characteristics of art teaching. Point, to contribute to the creation of a new world of art teaching.
Some other work needs to be kept better, and work in the future should be more conscientious.
