I was promoted to secondary school teacher in 1994 and has been in the business for more than ten years.

For more than a decade, I have persisted in studying Marxism-Leninism's Mao Zedong Thought, studied Comrade Deng Xiaoping's educational theory with Chinese characteristics, and insisted on a good teaching effect. At the same time, I insisted on business training, hard training and basic skills, and constantly explored in the teaching business, bravely innovated and achieved satisfactory results.

For more than ten years, I have been working as a class leader. I have been to three graduating classes, three high school classes, and now I am a high school class leader. In the past ten years, I have been rated as “model class guide” for many times, and the class I brought has been rated as “model class collective” for many times. The high school class that I am bringing now has been rated as "model class collective" twice.

The principle of my class is to look at the students as their own children, to treat the poor students as their own children, and to pour them into talents with their blood and sweat. For more than a decade, I have been following this principle from the middle of the country to the high school. In 1999, I wrote a thesis "Intensive Class Management and Implementing Quality Education" on my class management work. This article won the first prize in the county paper competition, and later published in the book "Innovative Education Road". Was rated as an excellent paper. For more than a decade, I have taught nearly a thousand students, most of whom have excellent academic performance, strict discipline, high self-improvement, post-graduation development and mourning for teachers. It proved the success of my class. For more than a decade, I have been working on my crazy foreign language teaching. In order to teach foreign languages, I have subscribed to more than ten foreign papers at my own expense. I have participated in on-the-job training at my own expense, and I have contacted the letters of famous foreign language teachers to ask them for advice and to learn from them. At the same time, I also pay attention to every shining point in my peers' work, and absorb their little flashes into my teaching. Over time, I have formed my own teaching features: reading-oriented The expressions are read, read wildly, read aloud, read textbooks, read extracurricular books, and insist on communicating with students in English--in-class exchanges and extracurricular exchanges.
