4. Have the courage to try and boldly reform the three internship teachers. When they first started class, they all had more or less “one-word hall” phenomenon. Teachers were the center, and they focused on the textbooks, ignoring the students’ main status. Among them, Shao Lizhang’s teacher obvious. In response to this situation, Vice President Liu Qinglong exchanged opinions with him on several occasions to discuss how to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning and how to organize classes. Third, life aspects Although the school conditions are simple, the school still try to arrange the life of three intern teachers. Make a well-ventilated office for the dormitory, buy a single bed for them, and try to provide them with convenience in the diet. Despite this, inconveniences are certainly inevitable, but the three intern teachers never complained about the conditions and never asked the school too much. Director Liu Xiaozhi and his wife lived in the school and took care of the three interns as their own children. From time to time, they told them to eat together. Especially, Zhang Dongmei’s teacher was in Inner Mongolia. He did not return home, but he also felt the warmth of his home.
In short, the three students came to our school for an internship, enriched themselves, accumulated experience, and brought vitality to the school, contributing to the higher than the three.
