I am very honored to come to Huishan Middle School. I am holding a fiery heart and stepping onto the podium. I started my teaching career. I am also very grateful to the school leaders and teachers for their support and help in my work. During this half year, I deeply realized the hardship and happiness of being a teacher. I poured my youth into my favorite education. In business, I pour into every student. The work of one semester has ended and I have gained a lot. Below I will summarize the work of one semester:

First, teaching work

This semester is mainly used for the teaching of first-grade creatures, eight-year-old creatures, and nine-year-old chemistry, and one of the classes. Because I was on the job for the first time, I didn't know the students' thoughts, study, and family situation. I had to explore the teaching materials, so it was very difficult to work. Newcomers are newcomers. Due to the lack of experience, there is a gap between my teaching level and other experienced teachers. This is evident in the exam. The first monthly exam and the mid-term exam, the results I brought were not ideal: the difference between the second shift and the first shift was relatively large. Therefore, I feel a lot of pressure on my own. From these two exams, I have carefully summarized the experience and lessons. I realize that classroom teaching alone is not a good way to improve students' performance. I often talk to them for teaching and make friends, so that they know that the teacher did not "look at them" and establish their confidence and interest in learning.

Second, we must improve the quality of teaching.

Preparation before class: Prepare a lesson.

1 Carefully delve into the textbooks, clarify the basic ideas and basic concepts of the textbooks, understand every sentence and every word, understand the structure of the textbooks, focus and difficulty, master the logic of knowledge, use it freely, know what materials should be added, and how Can teach well.

2 2 Understand the quality of students' original knowledge and skills, their interests, needs, methods, habits, what difficulties may be encountered in learning new knowledge, and take appropriate preventive measures.

3 3 Consider the teaching method and solve how to pass the mastered materials to the students, including how to organize the teaching materials and how to arrange the activities of each lesson.

The situation in the classroom.

Organize classroom teaching, pay attention to all students, pay attention to information feedback, mobilize students' intentional attention, keep them relatively stable, and at the same time stimulate students' emotions, create a happy mood, create a good classroom atmosphere, and simplify the classroom language. Obviously, overcoming the problems of repeated problems in the past, the classroom questions are directed to all students, paying attention to the students' interest in mathematics, combining and practicing in the classroom, setting up homework, less and more homework, and reducing the burden on students.

Third, the foreman work.

In terms of class work, I attach great importance to the ideological education of students. Through the class meeting, the morning meeting, the ideological and moral class, and the combination of various textbooks, students will be educated in the love of the motherland, the love of the people, the love of the collective, the love of the old, the love of learning. Enable students to develop a good style of study and study style. The class cadres are the left and right hands of the teacher, so I use the well-trained class cadres as an important part of the class guidance work. I have cultivated a competent class. These class cadres can manage the class and discipline, and reduce the burden for me. I set out for them to fight for the goal of taking civilized classes every week. They are also often scheduled to meet regularly to understand the situation of their work and encourage them to work boldly. Enable the class to establish prestige among the classmates and become an example for classmates to learn. This semester has played a few games with other classmates. I only have to work hard with him to do ideological work, slowly transforming him, and the phenomenon of slow fights and disciplines has been greatly reduced. I can observe discipline in class and answer questions very actively. The academic performance is also excellent. But there are still some negative thoughts from time to time. In order to do a good job in the regular work of the class, I insisted on going to the classroom every day before 7:00 in the morning to get to know the students' early reading and to conduct morning meeting education for the students. After a hard work, the routine work of our class is better than morning reading, health, classroom discipline, etc.

Through a semester of work, I realized that as an inexperienced new teacher, if you want to get a good class, do a good job of teaching, and get your students’ grades, you have to work harder and spend more time. . Due to the gradual accumulation of my teaching experience and the increase in student counseling, the student's grades have finally been gradually improved. In fact, our new teachers are very serious and responsible in the work of the last semester. I am not the best in them, and many new teachers have achieved quite good results. Compared with other experienced teachers , I still have a gap. In the new semester, I will continue to work hard to achieve better results and become a qualified teacher .
