Moreover, the level of students is very large, and the teaching of a group of students is a difficult point. How to narrow the gap, let each student learn valuable mathematics, get the necessary mathematics, and different students develop different mathematics, which have become the bottleneck of our work. However, we believe that things are artificial, there is no hurdle, as long as we continue to learn, keep summing up, and constantly reflect, with the help of leaders and teachers, we can walk through the marsh of mathematics and reach an oasis of mathematics.

In short, in the teaching work of one year, I have put a lot of hardships, overcome many difficulties, and achieved some achievements.
