One. Pay attention to teaching exchange

Every day, we have to take a certain amount of time to talk about our teaching progress, the teaching objectives and difficulties of this lesson; take out the teaching materials and put forward the good ideas and problems encountered in the preparation of lessons; how to deal with them in teaching Good self-exploration and cooperation and exchange relationship... Good way to share resources, difficult problems, everyone to solve. Everyone will find an opportunity to talk about whether or not they have achieved the expected results after class. What are the students' special or bad reactions? What new problems have arisen and how are they solved? Is there a better way to explain so that other teachers who have not yet taken the course can learn from the experience and better grasp the teaching materials? This is our core work and must be done every day. When it comes to problems that are particularly difficult to grasp, we will ask other experienced teachers.

Although several members of our preparation team have similar personalities, they also have their own characteristics. For each person's strengths and styles, a reasonable distribution of work can produce the greatest synergy. There are many places in the new textbook that need to use teaching aids. Everyone is also carefully prepared together and then share resources. There are also some tricky places in teaching. Although we are trying to make students like mathematics and actively learn mathematics, today's students are very tired of learning, and because they have not touched the textbooks of new curriculum standards in the country, the content of the style changes has made them feel at a loss. I can't understand it. Some students even don't understand the topics of interest calculations such as interest tax, income tax, or comparing several different Internet access fees. Moreover, the level of students is very large, and the teaching of a group of students is a difficult point. How to narrow the gap, let each student learn valuable mathematics, get the necessary mathematics, and different students develop different mathematics, which have become the bottleneck of our work. However, we believe that things are artificial, there is no hurdle, as long as we continue to learn, keep summing up, and constantly reflect, with the help of leaders and teachers, we can walk through the marsh of mathematics and reach an oasis of mathematics.
Learning in practice, constantly researching and reflecting on your own education and teaching, and reorganizing your knowledge and experience, can constantly adapt to new changes.
Third, pay attention to classroom feedback
Adhere to the "Zhou Zhouqing" and "Don't Clear" system formulated by the school, carefully design each test question, and digest the day's problems. For the problems that most students have, we will do face-to-face counseling and solve them in time. After each week of testing, help students analyze the existing problems and develop improvement measures to truly achieve each weekly test, so that students of different levels have different benefits. With the cooperation of the whole group of teachers , the mathematics scores of this grade students have been greatly improved. Great progress has been made in the midterm and final exams.
In short, in the teaching work of one year, I have put a lot of hardships, overcome many difficulties, and achieved some achievements. However, there are still some shortcomings, especially the improvement of learning interest of students with learning difficulties. I will redouble my efforts in the future teaching, and I will care more about educating every student with more patience and love.
