Summary of the work of electrical technicians

There are two main aspects of my work this year.

One is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the experimental station, improve the experimental operation and tooling, expand the function of the experimental station, and train the successor. Did some research experiments.

There are many problems in the experimental station. This is well known to everyone. Most of my work is how to solve the main problems, ignore the secondary problems, complete the various experiments under the premise of the experimental data, and explore the results in a large number of experimental procedures. How to debug the accuracy of the measurement system, how to filter the authenticity of the experimental data, take the blocking experiment as an example, use the wired sensor to block the rotation, what voltage is blocked, how to see the accuracy of the locked data, and so on. This is the principle that requires the operator to have a deep understanding of the various devices of the experimental system. It can now be said that an experimental station can be copied.

Find out the direct and indirect links between the experimental interfaces. Some experiments can't be done under the experimental interface. How to do it manually, such as high-voltage motor startup and DC resistance measurement. How to install the experimental tooling is more concise and reliable, and the fixing and dismounting of the encoder is emphasized. Because many people have done it, the practice proves that we are the most durable, stable and reliable.

When I came to the company, the leader told me that the experimental station was running safely and reliably. After one year passed, I basically met the requirements.

The past 2011 has both lost and gained for me personally. I asked for challenges in my work in 2019. I am not comfortable with the status quo.
