Engineering technician work summary

During the year, I have been working as a technical engineer on the left bank of the Lechangxia Water Control Project, responsible for the construction of the fifth section of the construction acceptance, quality supervision, quality assessment, completion acceptance and other information. Due to the familiarity with on-site construction, it is also necessary to help the internal industry group to organize and report the changes in time to provide information basis for future settlement and completion.
IV. Experience and Lessons Construction requires not only technical theory support, but also rich field experience. During the year, I also gained some experience: for example, the anti-seepage wall construction process: pay-line-drilling-grouting, in which in the hole-inducing process, we need to pay attention to prevent the collapse of the hole that has been introduced. The general method is to use mud to protect the wall, but a better method is to use pvc pipe retaining wall, but also to use a thin PVC pipe, which not only plays a good role in wall protection, but also carries out the next grouting process. It is easier to crush the pvc tube to achieve a good anti-seepage effect. Of course, there will be inevitable mistakes in the construction: for example, the connection between the Beixiang water transportation box culvert and the box culvert is due to its own intention, there is no reserved splicing groove here, so the slabs are all placed. On the rigid foundation filled with masonry, over time, the slab will sink, and the height difference will be caused with the box culvert, which will easily cause damage to the box culvert. After the on-site decision of a number of senior engineers, the reinforced concrete "cattle legs" were added to the box culvert as a flexible foundation, and the top was lapped to serve as a remedy. Inevitably, mistakes will occur in the project. Every mistake is a profound lesson. If there are lessons, it will enrich the experience. If you have experience, you can avoid mistakes. However, with the increase of work content, I slowly feel that the lack of knowledge will affect the efficiency of future work and limit the development of personal space.
