Time flies very quickly, and internships are almost over. Through this internship, we can consolidate the concept knowledge of automobile construction, which can make me emotionally contact with physical objects and improve my own hands-on ability. Now I know the maintenance workflow and can do some simple car maintenance.

Second, the level of thought has improved a lot. In the sweltering weather, I can still insist on internship on time, temper my will and make it stronger. In the process of internship, I understand what kind of mentality I should face in the new environment and new work; how to improve my adaptability, can become a formal employee more quickly; how to communicate with colleagues and minimize energy Internal consumption and so on.

Third, professionalism. Every colleague at Chang'an Station can identify his or her current position. In the maintenance work, forgetting the lunch time is already a common occurrence. Even if you have already got off work, you can do your duty and take seriously the work at hand. In the process of repair, their responsibility, seriousness, and rigorously infected me deeply. We are sweating together in the workshop, so that the owner can be long and safe.

Fourth, corporate culture. A good corporate culture can drive the enthusiasm of employees. The slogan “Leave the difficulties to us and make it easy for customers” can be seen in every prominent position of the company, which shows that the company attaches great importance to corporate culture. The slogan of the public is: to fully pay, surpass yourself, pursue excellence, and surpass goals. These slogans spur the common goal of each and every one of the people to achieve better results.

5. Communication is very important. Good communication can achieve the goal of the united front. The communication between the team members, the communication between the maintenance workers and the warehouse staff, the communication between the warehouse staff and the front desk staff, and the communication between the maintenance workers and the front desk staff, these peer-to-peer communication will help the staff to clarify their current tasks, and then Improve work efficiency. The communication between leaders and staff is mainly due to the company's excellent management system.
