In the work, not sticking to the rules, dare to innovate is an excellent maintenance worker must have the advantages, the power supply load of the electrical equipment that my synthetic maintenance team is responsible for about 60% of the total load of the whole plant, the high voltage synchronization of 6kv There are 15 motors with different sizes from 620kw to 3100kw, plus more than 200 sets of various asynchronous motors, which can be imagined for the maintenance work of only six or seven people. Especially in the summer, due to the rising temperature of the synchronous excitation cabinet, it often plagues us. In the tedious and repetitive work, I noticed that the high temperature emitted by the transformer in the synchronous machine excitation cabinet is The main reason for the change of the electronic component parameters of the excitation control circuit is that the system is out of control and causes equipment failure. Therefore, I proposed to the workshop leader the idea of ​​modifying the excitation cabinet. After the leadership repeatedly demonstrated the rectification, the original excitation was carried out. The transformer in the magnetic cabinet is separated from the cabinet and placed in a special transformer room for uniform heat dissipation. The 38w axial flow is used in the control loop. The machine replaces the original 800w fan to cool down, which not only reduces the noise, but also optimizes the operating environment. This has solved many years of problems. So far, we have completed the replacement of the original with a smart module controller. The electronic plug-in simulation control completely solves the problems in the operation of the equipment and stabilizes the production.
The continuous improvement of the business level comes from the process of accumulation of experience in actual work. From XX to XX, due to the expansion of production, I have participated in the installation of the high-voltage part of the 75-ton boiler electric appliance, the 4.4-meter conversion project, the installation project of the 1200kwa transformer and the low-voltage power distribution room, and the installation project of the 1.6-meter synthetic 1300kw electric furnace. In the project of the synthetic tower electric furnace, I have tried and tested a set of successful experience in assembling the small electrode rod of the synthetic tower. We used our pre-manufactured mold to put the electrode rod cover with the mica tube and wrap the fine asbestos rope. Squeeze the silicone glue between the mold and the electrode rod with a 5 ton jack once, and then dry, so that the top pressure method is used instead of the nut pressing method. It ensures the stability during the assembly process of the electrode rod, so that it can withstand the other impact of 320 kg high pressure in use, and can withstand the test of 490 ° high temperature. Our factory has also ended the history of hiring foreign technicians to solve the problem. .
In September XX, due to outstanding work performance, I was transferred to the urea maintenance class as the squad leader. During this period, I organized and installed the 6kv/850kv high-voltage motor project. In XX, our class successively accepted the new transformer-pressure distribution room in the factory. , including the complete project of 1600kva transformer and the installation and commissioning of the new 620kv/6kv variable-off pump motor, the installation and commissioning of the 90kw air compressor plc of the air compressor station, due to the corrosive environment of the urea process, the scattered electrical equipment In XX, I organized personnel to rectify all the inverters in the first and second urinary distribution rooms, and set up a special inverter room to purify the environment and reduce the failure, and realized the screen detection and concentration of the operators of the general control room. The control makes the original operation simple and easy to operate, and it is convenient to check and repair the maintenance personnel.
Enterprise production, safety first. This is especially important for our staff in hazardous industries. It is an unshirkable responsibility of a technician to use the technology at hand to solve problems in production. In the summer of XX, I found that the sewing machine control switch under the operator's foot was the power supply voltage of 380v during the inspection of the urea packaging section. So I sprouted the control of changing the original 380v control loop into 36v safe voltage. After the transformation, the potential was solved. Safety hazards have achieved the goal of safe production.
