New teacher training personal summary
As a new teacher who is about to step on the stage, I am honored to be a member of the teaching team. The content of the quasi-teacher training is very rich, including filling out the unit design template, creating a “Introduction to my unit” presentation, filling out the training log, creating a reference record for the work, creating a student presentation, and so on. In addition to attending classes on time, handing in homework in time, and actively discussing issues, I have gained a lot of benefits through training. I will summarize my experience as follows:
First of all, the training has given me a clearer understanding of the profession of teachers. In the training, Mr. Yue Baoxia talked about the heavy responsibility and special role of contemporary teachers. This seems to be an old topic, but it is very weighty to understand and ponder his words. This also makes me have a deeper thought and understanding of the profession of teachers: teachers are the transmitters of culture. "Teachers, so preaching, teaching, and confusing," this reflects the importance of teachers from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Teachers are role models. It is precisely this meaning that Xuegao is a teacher. It is also the meaning of being a fan. This is mainly about the problem of being a person. Students have a teacher-oriented nature. In fact, they are a kind of identity of being a human being. At the same time, the process of students’ education is a process of perfecting personality. The teacher's personality power is intangible and immeasurable, and teachers must truly become the guides of the students. The teacher is the manager. Teachers must have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination skills in order to make teaching more efficient and promote student development. Teachers are parents. As a teacher, to be caring, teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal, just as parents treat children, so we say that teachers are parents. Moreover, teachers should be good at discovering the flash points and development needs of each student. The teacher is a friend. The so-called good teachers and friends are to emphasize that teachers and students should be at heart, and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be the same as that of intimate friends. Finally, the teacher is the student's psychological counselor. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc., should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion, psychological pressure, etc. of different students, in order to give timely help and explanation, and cultivate students' psychological quality.
There are several tasks in this training that teachers need to do from the student's point of view. Although we are still students, it is still very difficult for us. Because we don't know if the student's thoughts are still the same as us, whether the student presentations made will be in full compliance with our previous unit plan. In fact, this is to cultivate students' sense of innovation and to gradually form new abilities. Teachers are required to lay down their authority, the teacher's shelf, and study together with students as an ordinary participant to discuss various problems in teaching and make students dare to challenge. This training is a good banner and gives me practical guidance and encouragement in thinking, action and practical work.
