In the first half of 2006, the traffic safety work of our center focused on ensuring that the traffic safety and traffic security work of the participants of the National People's Congress and the CPPCC during the "two sessions" were infallible, and earnestly publicized the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and carried out many times. Publicity and education, vehicle inspection, signing of responsibility books and other work have achieved certain results. No violations of regulations and traffic safety accidents have occurred.

1. The leaders of the center attach great importance to traffic safety work. They often work hard on this work. They often check the traffic safety publicity and management work within the unit. During the “two sessions”, the traffic safety is emphasized every time at the center’s meeting. The importance of putting safety education into practice has enhanced the awareness and concept of each employee to establish a model compliance with traffic regulations, so that everyone can achieve a traffic accident and not violate the rules.
2. The Center signed the “Responsibility for Traffic Safety and Traffic Protection of the Participating Units of the National People's Congress and the CPPCC” and the “Safety Responsibility Letter of the 2006 Committee of the Anhui and the Districts of the Areas of the Ganjiakou Region” as required by the Center. And in accordance with the requirements in the letter of responsibility, the implementation of the implementation, strict implementation of the car, to prevent accidents.
3. Before the "two sessions" were held, all employees were organized to hold a traffic safety publicity and education meeting. The leaders of the center and the car management cadres publicized the staff on the importance of traffic safety and put forward higher requirements. People must follow the traffic rules in an exemplary manner to prevent traffic violations and traffic accidents. It has enhanced the awareness of the capital and safety awareness of all employees of the center, and enhanced the sense of glory and political responsibility of all employees. Everyone said that we must conscientiously study the traffic regulations, make our own efforts for the implementation of the high standards and strict requirements for the implementation of the traffic safety goals during the "two sessions."
4. According to the deployment and requirements of the regional security committee and the traffic detachment, before the “two sessions” were held, the leaders of the center personally organized all employees to conduct a traffic safety study, test traffic regulations, and formulate safe driving measures during the “two sessions”. The traffic flow was reduced as required, and the unit and non-motor vehicles were inspected one by one. And as required, all drivers of the unit will sign one by one to ensure the "responsibility for traffic safety during the two sessions", and send "instructions for the participating drivers" to the driver to organize learning.
5. During the "two sessions", all employees of the unit's education strictly abide by traffic regulations and traffic control notices, take effective measures to prevent serious traffic violations, and put an end to the "sick car" on the road to prevent large and small accidents. Strictly dispatched vehicles to prevent major accidents, actively mobilized people to go to the streets to maintain traffic order, and contributed to the successful completion of traffic safety and traffic support tasks during the "two sessions" in our district.
6. In accordance with the requirements of the Regional Security Committee, a serious inspection of the motor vehicles under the jurisdiction of the unit was carried out and registered. The reported traffic reduction vehicles shall be sealed and shall not be driven on the road.
7. Designate special personnel to do a good job in the management of traffic safety work, inspect and register, and implement the various tasks arranged by the Security Committee to ensure that the traffic safety of the unit is zero.
8. Seriously implement the 2006 traffic safety activity work plan of the Center, focus on intensive education for the new drivers of our center, focus on management, and do not drive on the road without the old driver.
9. Vigorously publicize and implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety. By posting the contents of laws and regulations, propaganda posters, and organizing all employees to study and conduct tests, the publicity and education work will be implemented.
10. Organize all the staff to watch the VCD of "Caring for Life and Safety - The Warning Case of Typical Road Traffic Accidents in China". After watching the staff of our unit, they all said that they should seriously study the new law, strictly abide by the traffic rules, and truly "care for life and travel safely."

In the first half of 2006, under the leadership of the regional security committee and the film group, our center earnestly grasped the implementation of various tasks, grasped the traffic safety awareness education of all employees, enhanced the traffic safety awareness of employees, and passed the efforts of all employees. The traffic safety work of our center has achieved great gains and no traffic safety accidents have occurred. In the second half of the year, we must continue to work hard to do a good job in traffic safety, to create a good traffic environment, to make people's lives safe, and to cooperate with regional security committees and film groups to do better traffic safety.
