Summary of the work of China Industrial Textile Industry Association in 2019

Since February 29, 2006, the association has been educating the advanced nature of party members. According to the general arrangement, our association has adjusted the work plan and insisted on promoting the overall and healthy development of the industry work on the basis of doing a good job.
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, "The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Improving the Socialist Market Economic System," has a comprehensive exposition of the socialist market economy and set goals and tasks for the development of China's socialist market economy. This has profound guiding significance for the work of the association. It tells us that if the industry wants to develop, especially for sustainable development, it must establish a scientific development concept, take high scientific and technological content, have good economic returns, low resource consumption, and less environmental pollution. With the development path of fully utilized resources, we must focus on technological innovation and not expand our capabilities at a low level. In contrast to our industry, there are indeed some bad signs in this regard. In the case that the profit rate of industrial textiles is higher than the average profit rate of the textile industry, they have turned their attention to industrial textiles, making some products grow too fast and profits fall sharply. Such as: spunbonded non-woven fabrics, light box advertising cloth, etc. This is the case. The association is an industry organization rooted in the business, connecting the government, businesses and markets. Therefore, in the development of the industry, the industry self-discipline to regulate behavior, play a role, and promote the stable and healthy development of the industry. It is necessary to manage the enterprise through the role of human beings, promote the technological progress of the industry through the role of human beings, and enable the industry to continue to develop rapidly through the role of human beings. Therefore, the quality of talents is required to be high, and learning should be strengthened. Only through study can we better understand the national industrial policy; only through learning can we understand the state of technological development; only through learning can we grasp the laws of the market; only through learning can we increase the knowledge base of innovation.
Through learning, the service awareness is further enhanced, and the association is closer to the enterprise. During the study, pay attention to the opinions of members, enterprises, relevant associations and relevant units, and analyze and formulate corrective measures.
According to the status quo of rapid development of the industry, we have visited many times to understand the requirements, opinions and suggestions of the company, and analyze the operation status and future work priorities. In 2005, China's industrial textiles grew at a rate of more than 20%, but the market expansion was relatively slow, and the new capacity was low. The increase in raw materials and energy shortages led to vicious competition in the industry. In order to accelerate the company out of the predicament, the association increased its propaganda, encouraged scientific and technological innovation, made full use of the association's internal publications to introduce new products and new technologies, and guided enterprises to take the road of new product development and independent innovation. In late June, the association held a council with the theme of how to innovate and open up two markets. In the international market, China's textile industry is facing tremendous pressure and challenges. How to face it will be a new topic. At present, China's industrial textiles are mainly based on the domestic market, and exports are only about 10%. Due to the complexity of international market rules and the lack of experience of companies participating in international competition, experts from the association are invited to make special reports to explain the situation and relevant rules.
In 2006, it was a year of rapid development for us. During this year, the Industrial Textiles Association achieved great success, especially after the first half of the year to maintain the advanced nature of party members, so that we can more firmly establish services. The idea and scientific development concept further strengthen the service for the industrial textiles and nonwovens industry and serve the textile industry. 1.1 According to the rapid development of the textile industry, conduct industry operation analysis

2006 is another peak year for China's textile industry, with both production and exports setting new records. The fiber consumption is 26 million tons, the chemical fiber output is 16 million tons, and the export is 116 billion US dollars. There are also new developments in industrial textiles. It is estimated that fiber consumption will reach 3.7 million tons, non-woven fabrics will be 1.2 million tons, and exports will increase. But there have also been some new problems. Such as rapid growth in capacity but single species, fluctuations in raw material prices, and import and export effects. Through the analysis, the development proposals of the industry are proposed.

1.2 Technology Development and Planning

Implement the party's "Eleventh Five-Year" development plan and formulate the development plan for industrial textiles and nonwovens. Industrial textiles and non-woven fabrics have made great progress during the 10th Five-Year Plan period, with an increase in quantity, quality, variety and function enhancement. However, compared with the international developed countries, there is still a big gap, especially for high-tech products, such as membrane structural materials, artificial organs, high-performance fibers, etc., the gap is obvious. After research and soliciting expert opinions, the development priorities and development measures of the industry in the next five years were put forward in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”.

1.3 Recommended technology companies and related people

In order to promote technological advancement in the industry, encourage innovation, and select science and technology enterprises according to the arrangement of China Textile Industry Association. Recommended by our association: Dalian Huayang, Sichuan Hairong, Shandong Tongda, etc. were rated as association science and technology enterprises.
In 2006, the industrial upgrading of China's textile industry has increasingly highlighted the theme of innovation. The China Textile Industry Association has named the top ten innovative figures. The Association recommended the general manager of Shandong Tongda as the candidate. After several rounds of voting, Wang Lezhi won the honor of the 2006 China Textile Industry Innovation.

8.1 layout issues

China's industrial textiles and non-woven fabrics have developed rapidly and are relatively concentrated. The coastal provinces of Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Liaoning, Hebei, Shanghai and other provinces and cities accounted for more than 70%, the Central Plains accounted for more than 20%, and the western region was rare. In the future work, more attention should be paid to the development of the inland areas. Some of our companies have begun to take this step and invest in construction in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Gansu and other provinces.

8.2 Price and quality issues

At present, some manufacturers and equipment manufacturers have sacrificed the price of the price in order to seize the market. Some composite products are even cheaper than single-source products. These are obviously unreasonable. We encourage fair competition and carry out price competition within a reasonable range, that is, under the premise of ensuring quality, we should minimize the loss and reduce the cost to obtain the price advantage. Only in this way is normal competition, which can fully reflect the competition principle of survival of the fittest, and can fully reflect the practice of scientific and technological development. We advocate such competition. On the contrary, it is wrong to use low-cost, non-conforming raw materials to compete for price competition. We are resolutely opposed.

During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, all walks of life in China have formulated new development plans. I understand that the automobile industry will grow to an annual output of 8.7 million vehicles, including 5 million cars, by 2019. During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the railway will also construct 9,800km of passenger dedicated lines, of which 5457km per hour and above, with a total investment of 1,250 billion yuan. Landfills, water conservancy, etc. have all developed greatly. These constructions have created opportunities for us. I think everyone will never miss the opportunity.

8.5 The issue of scientific development

The scientific development concept of high scientific and technological content, good economic benefits, low resource consumption, low environmental pollution, and full utilization of human resources is something that everyone is familiar with. How to make this concept truly effective, it is necessary to use some brains. Our products are all technical textiles and must have a high technical content. A single process is difficult to achieve, and it is necessary to take the route of composite technology and various materials. At the same time, reducing energy consumption is also a big problem. China's energy consumption is large, the energy consumption per unit of GDP is 2.5 times that of the United States, 6 times that of Germany, and 9 times that of Japan. Of course, this has a lot to do with the different economic structures of countries. However, the energy consumption per unit of product in China is also much higher than that of developed countries, which is about 40-60% higher. It is also true that the energy consumption of our domestic textile equipment is 20-30% higher than that of foreign advanced equipment. China's energy is relatively scarce, so how to reduce energy consumption is a matter worth worrying about. Foreign developed countries have gone through the road of development-pollution-governance. Do we have to repeat this path? I have seen several felt factories, all of which are small businesses. The sewage is discharged without any treatment, and flows directly into a pit outside. Although the amount is not large every day, it is not a long time. We must not make money now, and pollution is left to our children and grandchildren. Participation in environmental governance is also our responsibility.

8.6 Innovation

This is an old topic. With the development of the economy, the demand will continue to be refurbished. The first is the continuous development of raw materials. Now China has some high-performance raw materials, but it is far from enough, and there are higher requirements, such as PLA, PPS, PBO, PPTA, etc. Some are suitable for environmental protection, some are product performance needs, some are green economy. The need for a loop economy. Therefore, there must be new breakthroughs in raw materials. Second is the innovation of product performance functions. Products can't be consistent for decades, and new products must be developed. Such as new packaging products, hoisting products, covering products, filtration products, etc. It is necessary to develop and produce new products according to market demand. Then there is technological innovation. Only new technologies can create new products. We must keep up with international development in production equipment and production processes, so that our technical standards will gradually reach the international advanced level.

Information is an important factor in economic development. Only by keeping abreast of development information can we be in a good position. China's industrial textile enterprises are generally small, and there are certain difficulties in obtaining information, especially in the central and western regions. We must pay attention to this aspect of construction and ensure our rapid response.
