The freezing period of 2003-2004 has ended. Although the ice-melting work has not been carried out, the prevention is still the principle of our station. We must make all preparations to prevent it from happening. The work of anti-freezing and freezing in 2003-2004 is summarized as follows:

1. In November 2003, according to the anti-freeze and ice-melting scheme issued by the superiors, the ice-melting operation tickets related to our station were filled in and reviewed in time, and bound into a book, which laid a technical foundation for the melting of ice.
