Student Union Games Summary

The 45th Sports Meeting of XX University was held as scheduled on October 26 and 27. Under the guidance of the Youth League Committee, under the cooperation of the departments of the 24th Student Union of Wang Jian Law School and the assistance of the Student Science Association, the Games will be successfully completed.

From the beginning of October, the Students' Union will begin to prepare for the Games. The sports department and all members of the student union jointly led the athletes to conduct various sports trainings in the sports field. At the same time, the party format of the Games was actively prepared in the guidance of the Bureau. The athletes and the students participating in the phalanx actively cooperated with the work arrangement of the student union during the training period, and presented to the public in the best aspect of the sports field. The training before the Games ensured that the athletes' strength in the sports meeting and the novel and ingenious concept of the entrance ceremony were all added to the glory of the Wang Jian Law School.

During the 26th and 27th Games, various departments participated in various events of the Games. The Ministry of Culture, the Propaganda Department, the Department of Development, the Secretariat, and the Network Information Department have also contributed a great deal to the logistics and publicity work of the Games. The propaganda work of the Propaganda Department is the finishing touch for the image of the law school. The Ministry of Culture, the Secretariat, and the Department of Development of the Ministry of Education jointly formed the main members of the item care group, the item procurement group and the mobile group during the Games, and successfully completed the logistics during the Games. At the same time, the Department of Development of the Department of Health is responsible for the recording of athletes, and also ensures that athletes arrive at the venue on time to participate in the competition. The Network Information Department is responsible for the information gathering tasks during the Games. They use the camera to capture the wonderful shots of many athletes and record those wonderful moments. The Presidium and the Sports Department run through the various activities of the Games, and the overall organization leads the development and conduct of various affairs. Although the various department members are responsible for different jobs, the purpose of everyone is to make the sports meeting a successful conclusion, and to add brilliance to the law school in the sports meeting.

In the pre-registration work of the Games, as well as in the writing of the newsletter during the Games, I also received great assistance from the Youth League Committee and the Student Science Association. Under the united efforts of the various departments of the Students' Union , and with the assistance of the Youth League Committee and the Student Science Association, the School of Law has achieved the sixth overall score of the group in this sports meeting.

Through this sports meeting, the cooperation of the student union departments was strengthened, and the relationship between the student union and the Youth League Committee and the Association was strengthened. At the same time, it has strengthened everyone's sense of collective honor, enhanced everyone's awareness of participating in physical exercise, and improved their organizational and work abilities. It has accumulated experience for future work and laid the foundation. Every department is involved in the sports meeting, and everyone is working hard for the sports meeting, which is in line with the current trend of all people participating in physical exercise.

But at the same time, there are also deficiencies in that the details are not handled well enough and lack experience. However, after this exercise, the work of the various departments of the Student Union will definitely be a step up!
