Student Union Month Work Summary

In order to further improve students' enthusiasm for learning and enrich students' knowledge of after-school culture, this month's Department of Learning activities are as follows:

New Thinking English Level 4 Lecture

This event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and the New Thinking English University City Office. It was held at 7:00 pm on April 5th in the 501 classroom of the East Building. The event introduced the four-level English learning method and memory skills to the students by the national excellent teachers. It has enhanced students' confidence in learning English and has benefited a lot. In this activity, the members of the learning department actively participated and cooperated tacitly to make the event go smoothly.

"Film Friday"

Two events were held this month, "Museum Night" and "Happy Feet." The event was held on April 6th and April 13th at 7:00pm in the 501 classroom of the East Building. The Department of Learning has been very successful in developing the student's vision, cultivating students' interest in learning, and increasing the principle of extracurricular knowledge. The event was very good for the first time, and the students were very enthusiastic. In this activity, members of the learning department can actively cooperate, work hard, carry forward the spirit of hard work and endurance, and further strengthen internal cohesion.

New Thinking English Writing Level 4 Lecture

In order to improve students' English writing standards and improve their language skills, the Learning Department and the New Thinking English University City Office jointly organized a four-level lecture on new thinking English writing. This activity adopts distance learning. The famous national teachers taught the English writing skills to the students. Through the analysis of Fan Wen, the English writing was carefully analyzed and explained, which reduced the students' fear of writing and enhanced their writing confidence. During the event, the members of the learning department carefully prepared each preparation work and actively cooperated and fully reflected the team work ability and work efficiency of the learning department.

The Learning Department and the English Association jointly organized the "Shandong Physical Education Institute's first English speech contest". The event was held at 6:30 pm on April 19th in the 501 classroom of the East Building. The atmosphere of the event was warm and the performance of the contestants made the audience burst into bursts of applause. At the end of the competition, through the meticulous and meticulous comments of professional English teachers, the contestants found their own advantages and disadvantages, and clarified the direction of future efforts.
