Student Council Minister's Work Summary
In September XX, I started my new semester study and life, and I joined the Graduate School of Students of the Academy of Sciences and served as the Minister of Learning. The Department of Learning is an important department of the Student Union . During the year of the post of Minister, I have been serving the students with the purpose of “all for the classmates, for all the students, for the classmates”, and to sum up the experience at any time. The lessons learned at work have been improved in a timely manner. In addition to carrying out daily work in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of schools and colleges and related requirements, this school has successfully held many student activities, participated in the innovation forum organized by the school, established the college sub-forum, and achieved excellent results.
First, daily basic work:
1. Apply for XX grade student ID card and library card. Timely handling of student ID cards, library cards and other relevant documents will bring convenience to XX freshmen to study and live.
2. Organize the registration of the National English Proficiency Test and the registration of the Guangxi English Amateur Degree Examination. The National CET-6 and the degree English test are of great importance to the classmates. There must be no omissions in the process of collecting information. During the review process, I carefully check the information of each classmate to ensure that the students can successfully conduct the test.
3. Communicate between the college and classmates. The college is an intermediary for us to understand the various systems and activities of the school, and our student union is the bridge for the students to understand the college. Recognizing this, in the daily work, I timely communicated the activities of the college to the students. At the same time, I also conveyed the problems encountered by the students to the college in time, and carried out daily work according to the requirements of the school and the college.
4. On the personal side, we have established a positive learning concept, and created a strong learning atmosphere with our own practical actions, which led our students to study hard and actively solve various problems encountered by students in their studies.
Second, activities:
1. On October 25, XX, the “Graduate Innovation Forum” of Guangxi University was officially launched. On the platform of exchange of academic thoughts and scientific research achievements of colleges and universities in Guangxi, the students of our school participated in a series of academic activities, such as expert seminars, excellent paper exchange meetings, academic salons, etc., which were launched in the forum. 2. 4. In line with the school's policy of "learning style construction", the school adheres to the spirit of "party building, building a group to promote learning style", meets the desire of college students for the postgraduate information, and conducts a series of activities of "researching and promoting learning style" among university students. The graduate students answer questions about the postgraduate study for the teachers and sisters. It not only promoted the enthusiasm of the university students, but also increased the exchanges between university students and graduate students.
5. In order to enhance everyone's interest in learning English and improve the rate of passing the National English CET-6 in our college, before each English test, students who have passed the English 6 level have been invited to exchange experiences with each other, and we are not invited to the school regularly. International students and foreign teachers come to communicate with classmates.
In addition, in the welcome party, school sports, agriculture and forestry campus top ten singers competition, basketball games and other activities, have also done their own little power.
Recalling the year when I was working in the Student Union , the purpose of "Serving Classmates" has never changed. Through the development of many activities, I have not only exercised my ability to work but also improved my personal ability. I will study and work in the future.
