In the past two months, I have participated in several large-scale activities of the college as a secretary. To successfully organize an event, we really need a lot of cooperation. Meetings, discussion plans, implementation, personnel arrangements, publicity and coordination, etc., are linked together and closely linked. No one needs good organization, coordination and planning skills. I am eager to see that I can exercise these abilities from my work in the future. This will be of great help to me personally and to the development of the department.

I deeply understand that the organization department is a large department. It is responsible for the routine work, involving the members of the branches, the group secretary. As an officer in the Professional Organization Department, we need to deal with them often. And often the troubles encountered will be more than the college organization department responsible for implementing the assignment tasks. But this just gives us the opportunity to learn to communicate with others, so that we can learn to treat people with attitudes.

From the previous regular meetings, I not only listened carefully to each minister’s speech, took notes, but also carefully observed their expression and speed.
