Summary of the work of the propaganda group


Time slipped away from the fingers, and the 13-day trip to the countryside was finally put on a perfect ending. In this long and short day, I enjoyed a wonderful memory that will make me unforgettable. Now, I try to strip the bamboo shoots from it and sum up the results of our propaganda team in this trip to the elite team.

One. Integrate the propaganda team, allocate labor resources, and actively prepare for the preliminary work in the countryside.

Due to frequent personnel changes, the previous publicity work has received some inevitable resistance. However, after taking over the propaganda team, I held regular group meetings to discuss preparations through consultation with the superiors, and strictly implemented the tasks, and successfully completed the preliminary data collection and material preparation work. Through the relevant investigation of the local situation, and with the enthusiastic help and practical suggestions of the local Communist Youth League secretary, we have finalized two major publicity activities through collective discussion in our group. First, we promoted the university environment to the students as an example in the school. Campus activities and school culture, the second is to hold outdoor publicity activities on the theme of disease prevention and health care. To this end, we have produced a photo exhibition called “Guangwai Silhouette” and sorted out the relevant texts in order to arrange the publicity site on campus. In addition, we have further streamlined and collected a collection of information on the h1n1 flu, hand, foot and mouth disease, hypertension, diabetes and rabies, the current hotspots and prevention of common diseases in rural areas and some daily simple health care knowledge. A knowledge-enhanced manual for internal use and a bulletin board has been carefully arranged. The information and material preparations in the early days of going to the countryside are roughly the same.

two. Actively sponsoring, material for propaganda

Before going to the countryside, in order to enrich the form of outdoor publicity, we actively contacted the relevant departments of the Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and successfully went to a batch of knowledge manuals on five major diseases that are closely related to our publicity content. This became the later Baisha Town. Important strategic resources distributed to the public in outdoor publicity activities.

After the initial publicity activities on July 22 received initial results, combined with the opinions and suggestions of local government leaders, the propaganda team sent representatives to negotiate with the local China Mobile and Tianbao Department Stores, and successfully pulled a batch. Material sponsorship, like the ashtrays provided by China Mobile, the environmental protection bags and the shampoos of Tianbao Department Store as promotional gifts have played a major role in our activities.

All kinds of sponsorships that have been drawn through active contact with relevant units have laid a solid material foundation for our publicity activities.

three. The school promotes students, and the outdoor publicity is for the people.

After coming to Baisha Middle School to set up camp, we also began to prepare for the propaganda work.

First of all, we opened a small field in the publicity column under the campus teaching, posted a publicity board of our “outside silhouette”, and posted the actual situation of Guangwai and the simple campus activities. In our spare time, we and our other team members introduce our university life to students, which will arouse their yearning for the university and stimulate their enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

Outdoor publicity activities are the top priority of our work. Before the event was officially launched, we actively got help from the local industry and commerce bureau, the labor department and the health center by actively engaging with local government departments. July 22nd is the market day of Baisha Town. We specially selected this special day to set up a booth to promote the knowledge of “scientific disease prevention, health and health care” in the Taiping market of Baisha Town with a large number of people. The event reached an unexpected publicity climax. Although the scene was somewhat confused due to excessive crowds, it also received certain publicity effects.

four. Motorized circulation, all-round oil

In addition to doing their own publicity work, the members of the propaganda team are also mobile in various positions. For example, assisting the research team to conduct interviews in middle school teachers and local villagers' homes, rotating logistics work, occasionally visiting the charity group to be a teacher's addiction, and the joint entertainment group to prepare the program planning, arrangement and venue layout of the teachers and students. In short, where we need us, where we will appear, is the king of the team flow.

Summarizing the work of the propaganda team, we dare not say that we have done a good job, but at least we do our best. This trip to the countryside, we are going with love, full of enthusiasm, so we are willing to be in these ten days. In the time of full commitment, round yourself a dream! Exercising good communication skills and expressing ability further cultivates the spirit and ability of teamwork. Continue to free up time to complete the work of propaganda, so as long as you believe, you can get the whole thing to get more things than the two-mindedness. There is always a gap between ideals and reality. We are conceived in the ivory tower. The blueprint in the real world will inevitably have a psychological gap when it comes to reality. Like this publicity event, when most people are coming to the gift, how should the team calm down the inner irritability to deal with the township? The conflict between the people is a test of our willpower and emergency response. Rome is not built in one day. For the promotion on the 22nd and 25th, all of our staff spent a lot of time on the preparation of the materials. The preparatory work in the early stage is definitely a qualitative change. The basic social activities cannot be planned too simple, considering the relevant Government departments, pay attention to courtesy and details
