Summary of the work of the university reporter station in 2019

With the approaching end of the semester, the work of the reporter station is nearing the end. In the year since I became the stationmaster, with the growth of the reporter station, everything from the previous rush to the current calm and orderly work, everything is carried out in an orderly manner. Thanks to the support of the school leaders and the training of the teachers, thanks to the help of the various departments of the Youth League Committee, and more thanks to the active cooperation of the reporters, it is because of your support and encouragement that you have achieved today's results. In order to better accomplish the task in the new year of 2019, I will summarize the work of the year as follows:

I. Internal construction and update of the department

As a webmaster and deputy stationmaster, it is the responsibility to build your own department. Only internal solidarity can lead the entire team to do a good job in the department. To this end, we have been paying great attention to the internal construction of the department from beginning to end, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the members from all aspects, not only completing the work according to the established goals, but also focusing on cultivating the spirit of cooperation among members in the work, caring about the learning and life of the members, and letting them experience Passion and unity to the reporter station. In the internal construction of the department, the main leading departments have carried out the following work:

Under the organization of the Youth League Committee, the department will be renewed and the members of the department will be adjusted. After two rounds of interviews, a total of six new members were recruited.

Regular departmental meetings are held. Focus on solving problems in the work. And do a good job summary and planning work.

For routine work, assign a responsible person for each job, coordinate and coordinate the work among members, and give the initiative to each member to improve their enthusiasm for work.

An off-campus event was organized. Young environmental supporters to promote unity and solidarity in the department to better carry out their work. At the same time, actively participate in the activities organized by the Youth League Committee, in order to better integrate into the big family of the Youth League Committee.

We jointly applied for a publicity column with the school's Youth League Committee to publish the news and literary manuscripts collected by the campus, with remarkable results.

Second, the development of routine work

The regular work of the reporter station is simple but important, and requires careful and conscientious attention of everyone. On the basis of summing up the previous work, this semester pays more attention to improving efficiency. Members of the reporter station are required to submit the manuscripts regularly, and they are required to summarize the work of the members on a regular basis, learn from each other and make progress together!

Third, the problems and the direction of efforts

One semester, while working, it also found problems, whether it is at work or on its own:

The work is not careful, especially in important work. For example, there are inappropriate words and typos in the published news articles.

The rigor of work is not enough, especially on important activities, the information is not timely enough and accurate.

As far as it is concerned, communication with teachers is not enough. The ability to express ability to treat people is still lacking, and it is also the direction of future efforts.

The personnel in the department, including their own academic achievements, still need to be improved, so that the learning work can progress together!

Fourth, the work plan for 2019

I discussed with the deputy webmasters and members how to turn the reporter station to a higher level in the coming year, and have made greater progress and improvement in this year's work.

As a student cadre, I always feel that my burden is heavy. Therefore, we are constantly learning and improving. Only when you keep a motivated heart and strictly demand yourself from small things, you can be a qualified student cadre. In the future study and work, we must continue to work hard, step by step, step by step, and do what we should do!
