This has greatly improved the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff members; it has given the members a chance to exercise and at the same time formed a sense of competition within the department. Second, development and participation activities

These allow the members not only to get exercised in the publicity work, but also get some exercise in other aspects.

Third, the internal management of the department

At the same time, some effective measures have been taken, such as the weekly meeting, which not only increases the exchange of work between the members, but also exchanges some learning experiences. This is great for us. There are benefits; there is also the feeling of writing a personal job to understand the ideas of the members, strengthen the communication between the members, and absorb some good suggestions.

Despite this, there are still some problems in our department: cooperation with other departments is not enough, and mistakes and defects are inevitable in the work, and some minor aspects need to be strengthened.
