Summary of the second semester office work

Time always passes in the blink of an eye. Unconsciously, one semester will end. The Youth Volunteers Association is one year older!

During this semester, all members of the office united and helped each other, and with full enthusiasm, actively participated in various activities. In general, the office department has fulfilled its responsibilities!

The main job of the office is to write activity plan books, event summary, data management and so on. But in the last semester, our department did not do well in event planning. Event planning is basically done directly by other departments to our department. But this semester office department can notice this. Everyone is working hard to make every plan. In this way, both the exercise and the work of the department are carried out.

During the semester, our department has planned or participated in many events. At the beginning of the school, the annual "Lei Fengyue" was ushered in. In order to resound the call to learn from Lei Feng, our department organized and planned a one-month "learning Lei Feng" to save electricity. During this period, the office members also participated in the Youth League “Learning Lei Feng” youth volunteers in action – cleaning Changan Square activities. 2009 - Olympic China Year! The office department showed its own style in the Olympic collective show. There are also Ching Ming Festival commemorating the activities of the revolutionary martyrs, and members of this ministry are actively involved. May, the fiery red May! The office department teamed up with the activity department to hold a free phone call for Mother's Day. Go to the Social Welfare Institute to visit the elderly, go to the Chang'an District Street Children's Rescue Station and the children to go through the "June 1" Children's Day and so on. In these activities, everyone has selflessly dedicated their love. At the same time, the activities also achieved good results.

Of course, there are also some problems in the work of our department: the staff arrangement in the activity is slightly inadequate, the activity plan is not careful, the activity time is in conflict with the class time, and the activity staff is insufficient. These problems require us to slowly solve the problem and continue to improve the plan in the future work.

We are not afraid of the problem, because we are constantly solving it, and learn from it and sum up experience. I believe we will do better in our future work!

Finally, I hope that the office department will make persistent efforts to achieve better results and play the role of the office in the Youth League.

In the past, our association concluded that I wrote "I hope that the next semester will bring the association to the next level." And this semester summed up my goal for the association is "the next semester, the largest community of Western Post."
