Guitar Society recruits new work summary

In the new semester of the fragrance of Dangui, our school has ushered in the annual club new activities. The following is a new summary of our sunshine guitar community:

Time: September 27, 2019

Venue: Yanbian University Agricultural College Playground

Early publicity: Before the official start of the club's recruitment, we distributed community flyers, including associations and department profiles, and encouraged everyone to participate actively.

Arrangement of new points: In the new location allocated by the Association, we placed the table early and carefully decorated the new point. In front of the new point we placed the starting band belonging to our guitar society. Instruments to be used: electric guitar, bass, drum kit, keyboard, etc. This will give students a better understanding of our Sunshine Guitar Society. Member Naxin: When the association is new, the members of the club now distribute leaflets to the whole school, including the basic information of the Chemical Enthusiasts Association and the main activities of the previous school year. Post posters at the designated publicity sites of the HKCSS, and welcome students from the whole school to join the association. The specific process: In the new time of the member, the members of the association will be assigned to work at the desk to answer questions for the students who are interested in the association, and new students are welcome to join. Students who are interested in joining the Association can fill out the membership form and become a registered member. At the new location, members of our association are conscientious, and all the members of the association are united and successfully completed the new work. The number of new recruits in our community: 62 people after the interview: 29 people. Overall: We are fully prepared for this move and will be carried out smoothly with satisfactory results.
