It is obvious to all. I believe that the other departments have detailed conclusions. Now I will summarize the shortcomings of our work as follows:

1. There is a lack of adequate communication and communication between the various departments of the Student Union . As a result, some of the major activities of the Student Union are not fully in place, lacking in integrity and continuity. The overall student union membership needs to be further improved.

Second, some of the main cadres cannot grasp the overall work of the Student Union from the perspective of the giant view, so that the work of the Student Union cannot coordinate actions. For example, attending college debates.

Third, we have not completely solved the remaining problems of the " Student Union ". The influence of the Students' Union in all grades is very uneven, and the gap between the grades still exists. This is a big "disease" that restricts the development of the students' society.

Fourth, we do not have a strict mechanism to ensure the rapid response to the collection, processing and uploading of the opinions of the students.

The student union is not in a real active position in the student work of the school. “Student's things are done by students”, which is recognized in many ordinary schools, let alone in our school that aims to cultivate elite talents. The activities organized by the teacher are perfect, and even more exciting, it can not be regarded as a real student activity; even if the activities organized by the students are not bad, it is also a beneficial attempt.
