Summary of the 2012 Student Union's last semester work
After the establishment of the student union , under the specific guidance and support of the school leaders and student offices and the teachers of the Youth League Committee, we will closely establish the central work of the university departments around the school and give full play to the “self-education, self-management and self-service” of the student union . The work function, with the help of the majority of students, through the joint efforts of all the student union members, constantly expand the work area, innovate the work model, improve the working methods, and complete the work plan for the initial semester as a whole, and achieved remarkable results. First, close to student life:
In combination with the actual situation of our school, we conducted a special survey on the “Sound of Students” in the form of questionnaires in the new and old campuses, and held the “ Student Meeting with you” in the form of a discussion. The students will make a summary of the problems reflected in them. And to the relevant departments to reflect, have been resolved to varying degrees. Through these activities, the distance between the student union and the students is brought closer, the students' understanding, trust and support to the student union are enhanced, and the sense of responsibility of the student union members is also enhanced.
Second, the study style construction:
Organized the first "Xinke Cup" English Star Contest, and also strengthened the contact with the student union of the foreign school. Assisted the Youth League Committee in organizing the first growth forum in XX, and organized the fourth and sixth level knowledge lectures in English, which mobilized the enthusiasm of the students to learn, effectively promoted the construction of the style of study, and created a good campus culture for the students. Third, the campus culture:
Organized by the Sports Department, it successfully hosted the first "Ideal Cup" basketball league, which enhanced the collective sense of honor and team spirit of college students. The Propaganda Department organized and hosted the “Site Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition”. During the performance, the Henan University of Science and Technology and the Luoyang Teachers College Student Union also participated and made extensive exchanges.
Fourth, entertainment culture:
According to the particularity of our school, a cultural evening party was held in the new district with the theme of “Entering the New District, You and I Celebrate Together”, and held a wide-ranging corporate culture in the old campus with the theme of “Singing a Song Together”. Assisting the Youth League Committee successfully hosted Pang Long’s “Two Butterflies, Meet You” Luoyang Signing Recital, “Frog Band” Luoyang Signing Recital, two farewell graduates’ literary evenings, and cultivated the students’ sentiments through rich cultural activities. 5. Campus civilization:
The Student Union will give full play to the role of the self-disciplinary committee of college students and the food committee of college students. In conjunction with the 23rd Civilization Education Month, the Self-discipline Committee organizes students to regularly check the student dormitory, which effectively curbs the behavior of late return and no night, and maintains it many times. The order of large-scale activities and the supervision of civilized posts have correspondingly stopped the uncivilized behavior on campus. A food committee has cooperated with the Student Office, the Youth League Committee, and the Logistics Development Corporation to do a lot of specific work on the construction of dormitory culture and the examination of classroom and dormitory health.
In the past semester work, due to the short time and lack of work experience, we also know that there are still such shortcomings and shortcomings, which are summarized as follows:
First, the lack of communication and communication between the various departments of the Student Union , resulting in some of the major activities of the Student Union , organizational work can not be fully in place, lack of integrity and continuity. The overall student union membership needs to be further improved.
