Learning Department 2019 Annual Student Union Work Summary


In the past year, under the leadership of the General Party Branch, the General Branch of the Communist Youth League and the Presidium of the Students' Union , our Department of Learning is based on the principle of wholeheartedly serving the Department, with the urgency of thinking and thinking of the students. For the focus of work. Internally improve the rules and regulations, so that all routine work can be carried out in a standardized and orderly manner, thus achieving the goal of seeking perfection in practice and seeking development in perfection; the external reverberation is the party branch, the general branch, and the student council. The call for the work of all students in the overall development of the department has achieved remarkable results; actively cooperated with other departments to work; brainstorming and seeking innovation in pragmatism, and made due diligence for the work of the department.

First, the results achieved:

Thanks to the efforts of all members of the Ministry, our department successfully completed the tasks assigned by the Party General Branch, the General Branch of the Communist Youth League and the Presidium of the Students' Union in the year of XX-XX. At the same time, the class committee members of the class were called upon to carry out a series of activities that are beneficial to the overall development of the students. Among them, in November XX, the second class of “learning Mandarin” was launched, which improved the Mandarin level of most students in our department to some extent. In June of XX, under the call of the Party General Branch, the word-making activities of “Terminally writing and writing seriously, being a serious person” were carried out, and good results were also achieved.

Second, there are problems:

In the past year's work, despite the steady progress of our work, there are still many problems.

First of all, due to insufficient work experience, every activity was not fully prepared, so that many links were not effectively linked; the details of the work were not handled well, often "big problems, small problems."

Secondly, in the early stage of the work, the publicity and mobilization work was not well done, so the strength and enthusiasm of the students were not very high, and some work was not understood by the students.

In short, in the past year, the gains and losses of our work have been combined, but as long as members actively work hard and explore, they will be able to do better in the future. Therefore, while serving the classmates, the ability of each member of our department is improved.

III. Activity and social practice activities

1. In November XX, organized by the College Student Union and the Youth Volunteers Association, our department is the main force of participation in the “Let's Pass” volunteer service team in the “Old Laifu” old age in the Dazhai Pingqiao Office in Xiaohe District. The apartment carried out a condolence activity.

2. In September XX, my department, Zeng Fanmeng, initiated and organized the voluntary education activities of “service education, caring for children of migrant workers”. There are more than 40 students in our department. The main teaching targets are the three private small schools of Yonghong Guoxiao, Shunxin Elementary School and Sanyuan Elementary School. The number of people educated is about 2,400.

3. In May of XX, it was initiated by Chunhui Aixin Society of our hospital. As the main participating force, our department carried out the celebration of the theme of “One Blue Sky, One Care” in Xiaoyuan District Sanyuan Elementary School.

4. In June of XX, a team of more than 50 volunteers from the school initiated and organized a collective blood donation activity.
