Summary of the work of the Outreach Department of the Student Union in the 2013 academic year
New session, new starting point, new members, new hopes. With the successful establishment of the new student union , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also appeared in Xinying. The new Outreach Department will do our job in a realistic, innovative, active and flexible work attitude. The Department of External Relations is affiliated with the Student Union . Its main function is to carry out some mutually beneficial cooperation activities with various agencies, enterprises and institutions inside and outside the school, to give full play to the professional characteristics of our institute, and to publicize the visibility of our society in society. Our hospital has contacted some of the activity funds to make the activities carried out by our school more colorful.

First, regular meeting
The serious but lively atmosphere of the regular meeting has always been a feature of the Outreach Department. Due to the special nature of outreach work, communication, discussion and sharing have become an indispensable part. Negotiating and negotiating with merchants requires skill, experience and enthusiasm. Every time I enter this interactive session, the atmosphere is active. The officers who have already pulled the business will take the initiative to introduce their experiences and feelings. The officers who are negotiating with a certain merchant will actively contact the minister and carefully consult some. The problem that plagued oneself; the officers who have not yet had the opportunity to negotiate with the merchants are not to be outdone. They are still confidently participating in the discussion, saving energy and preparing to “get to the top”.
In addition, the discipline of the regular meeting is very strict. If you want to take time off, you must complete it before the regular meeting begins; if the three regular meetings are not found, the outreach department will be expelled.
Here, there is no such thing as "the official level of crushing the dead", and some are just a harmonious atmosphere and a harmonious air.

On the eve of the literary evening, help arrange the venue, the outreach officer is on call; at the time of the party, all the members of the Outreach Department are busy in the background, and are assigned the most difficult work, but the outreaching officer is willing to work hard; other departments organize some Activities need help, and outreach officers are even more obligatory – this is the spirit of the Department of External Relations.
Despite all the efforts, there is no sponsorship for drinking water for the new football, and only the last day is left. Give up? That is the shame of the department!
