Summary of the personal work of the Secretary-General of the 2013 Student Union
In accordance with the work objectives and development direction of the Student Union this semester, cooperate with the school work, complete the established tasks and organize certain student activities. Guide students to develop, advocate students to improve their learning and ability, care for the society, and enrich the life of students.
The Secretary-General is a member of the Bureau and his departmental functions have their own particularities. The important task is to complete the uploading of the Bureau and various departments, to timely convey the decision of the Bureau to the ministries, to allocate the work of the ministries, and to timely reflect the situation of each department to the Bureau and coordinate the tasks of the various departments in order to prepare the Bureau in a timely manner. Make work adjustments. The pivotal work of the Secretariat is of great importance to the operation of the entire Student Union . This work has been done seriously this year to make the work of the Student Union go smoothly.
The Management Bureau of the Student Union is responsible for a large part. After the establishment of the student body's leadership team, the department's functions should be refined, the division of labor should be clear, and the cadres should be trained in each department so that the student union can become a combative whole.
Student affairs management. The Student Union will meet once a week to summarize the work of the week and coordinate the current activities and work plans for the next week.
Goods and financial management. The activities and materials of the Student Union are mostly managed by the Secretariat. When a department wants to hold an event, it must submit a budget to the Secretariat, and the funds can be collected after approval by the Secretariat. Student Union items may not be misappropriated without the approval of the Secretariat.
For management work, it is still responsible and approved by the Bureau.
In terms of the event field, the activities of this semester are very colorful. For example, the teachers and students volleyball competition, the general car competition, the software competition, and the tug-of-war competition are all over.
Each department organizes and implements the event bureau to facilitate mediation assistance. At the same time, it understands the specific situation of the event and the performance of the officer, and does a good job in filing.
During the period of the event, each department can assist each other, and active participation in various activities fully reflects the power of a group.
There are outstanding places in the work, but there are also some shortcomings, but I will sum up the experience and make up for the shortcomings in time to make the future secret work better.
