---------Study department work summary
This semester, the work of our study department has basically been done. Overall, we are doing very well. In this semester, our department has completed three major tasks, the first is the school competition competition registration, the second is the English speech contest, and the third is the postgraduate experience exchange meeting.
In the work of registering for the competition, we still encountered some problems. The first is to convene the questions of the various classes of study committee members. The study committees of the 06 classes are quite active, and the 05 and 04 study committees are hard to find, only a few people. Moreover, it is very difficult to call each class of study committees every time. They are especially late at 04 or 05 or are late, only one or two will come on time. In the class registration situation, the classmates at level 06 are quite active, and the number of applicants is quite large, while the students at level 04 and 05 seem to be not interested in this. Only a few people sign up, especially the general knowledge in the physics knowledge contest. In this group, the number of applicants at the 04 and 05 levels is still not more than 06. In the physics knowledge contest professional group, only 13 people in our college have registered, 12 of whom are 06 and one is 05. These phenomena made us very frustrated. When the teacher submitted the name list, the teacher said, "You are a material letter! How can such a small number of people report the physics knowledge contest!" The students have no enthusiasm, and our organization publicity work is done again. Good is useless. Although our work has ended smoothly, we are not satisfied with the process of this work. We believe that we will do better next time. However, the next activity made us depressed during the preparation phase.
Although English is not our study major, according to the counselor, our college has achieved good results in the English speech contest. When we planned this event, we were full of expectations. We spent two weeks promoting the organization registration work, but just the night before the start of the game, the number of people we signed up for has not exceeded double digits, which makes us chilling! Finally, we passed the counselor to get the 20 people we expected. The game was held in two preliminary rounds and one semi-final. Originally, the finals attracted a lot of people to watch, but found that the audience was so few, and many people were pulling. However, we are gratified that one of the three people who were sent to the school to participate in the school English speech contest entered the rematch of the school English speech contest and also participated in the training.
The two activities were not too successful, so that we all felt that our own propaganda and organization work was not done well, so we worked hard to improve our own shortcomings in this regard. Just after the end of the English speech contest, we are facing new challenges---the postgraduate experience exchange meeting. So none of the nine existing people in our department have experience in organizing this work. So we asked the students who have already withdrawn from the student union to learn from this experience. After getting some suggestions, we started to prepare for work. After all the preparations have been completed, our postgraduate experience exchange will begin. The event was strongly supported by the 03-level counselor. At the same time, this event was the shortest and most meticulous preparation time. Everyone hoped that the event would be successful. However, when the audience opened quickly, there were not many viewers, and even the invited schoolmates did not arrive. We are very anxious, but it is just a small episode. At 18:45, the postgraduate experience exchange meeting officially started. Although it is a quarter of an hour later than the scheduled 18:30, the number of visitors from the scene and the atmosphere at the scene. And in the atmosphere of the free discussion stage, we are relieved. This is a very perfect event, we can finally say that we have succeeded!
The three activities made the officers in our department feel tired, but we were equally involved in the activities of other departments. In the "No Singing" of the Ministry of Literature and Art, we have three officers to help them score. In the online knowledge contest of the Internet Department, Zeng Huazhen, a member of our department, went to give them a moderator.
These three activities are the result of careful planning and careful organization and organization of all the people in our department, and the division of labor is clear but united.
