Student Union Press Group Work Summary

I was a Communications Officer of the Chinese Student Union in the 2009 academic year. In the past year's work, I mainly participated in the following activities or work: the "Golden Autumn Cup" debate, I hope the literary society "grateful heart" poetry reading contest, the Chinese Department English speech contest, the Karaoke singer contest and other competitions Minutes or timekeeping work; collection of newsletters and news reports in the 2019 Academy Games; news gathering and editing of various conferences, events, events in the Chinese Department, and editorial work in the department's publications - "Sound of Chinese"; Part of the organization of activities such as the New Year's Art Evening.

During the year of working in the Ministry of Communications, I have always followed the requirements of the rules and regulations of the Chinese General League and the Student Union. Under the leadership and guidance of the teachers, Minister Tan Xinling and Vice Minister Lin Yan, we have united several other officers and worked diligently. Efforts have been made to complete the tasks and tasks assigned by the organization more satisfactorily and brilliantly. However, while affirming the results, we should calmly recognize our problems and deficiencies, such as the typos in the Voice of Chinese, the layout design of the Voice of Chinese by the 05-level senior, "Chinese "Sound" should be published at a fixed time each month, etc.

After a year of training in the post of the Ministry of Communications, I deeply realized: First, the love of the Chinese Department is the key and prerequisite for a staff member of the Ministry of Communications to do a good job. If it is just for personal gain, the efficiency of the work and the completion of the work will be greatly reduced. Only with the Chinese Department and the long-term ambition, can we accomplish all kinds of tasks well and constantly improve our spiritual realm and ability to do things. Therefore, not only members of the Ministry of Communications, any Chinese-speaking student should be passionate about the Chinese language department and continue to struggle for the future of the Chinese department. Second, careful and meticulous is an essential business element of a Ministry of Communications staff. This is not only reflected in the editing and proofreading work of Voice of Chinese, but also in the timing and scoring of various events. Only our meticulous and meticulous work and statistics can guarantee the smooth publication of the Voice of Chinese and the fair and just conduct of all events. Third, solidarity and cooperation is the magic weapon for the Ministry of Communications to accomplish all tasks well, but on the basis of solidarity and cooperation, we must make responsibility to people, otherwise it will lead to a certain link in a certain work to become a "three no matter" field. As a result, the work cannot be completed on time or with quality and quantity. "Voice of Chinese" was the successful publication of each issue of "Sound of Chinese" after all the work of news writing, layout design and text proofreading was arranged. The events of the events were made after the various tasks such as calculation, transcript, and summary were arranged. Therefore, unity and cooperation and responsibility are mutually unified and indispensable in all work.

In the past year, I am very grateful to the teachers and teachers who have given me guidance and help. I have let you know more about the rules of doing things and treating people. I am grateful to the Minister and other 05-level seniors for their concern and support. You have taught me how to study hard and how to treat work. At the same time, I would like to thank all the students at the 06 level. One year's work has taught me to work together and make progress together. I believe that these are intangible wealth and will become the cornerstone of my successful entry into society.

In view of my one-year work experience in the Ministry of Communications, I am familiar with the process and business requirements of the various departments of the Ministry of Communications. I strongly urge that I can continue to work in the Ministry of Communications, hoping to get the approval of the teachers.

If I can continue to work in the Ministry of Communications, I will continue to work hard to do all the work of the Ministry of Communications and make some adjustments and revisions to the Voice of Chinese. For example, the new software is used to typeset the Voice of Chinese; the Voice of Chinese is adjusted to be published regularly; and the various sections of the Voice of Chinese are adjusted. I hope that these ideas can be supported and affirmed by the leaders. Teachers are also welcome to comment and criticize my ideas.
