Summary of the work of the Youth Association in the fall of 2019

During the semester, under the leadership of the school, all the managers, officers and teachers and students have achieved satisfactory results. Among them, the main activities are as follows:

In September and September, volunteering activities in the new century community. The event was organized by the Association and the Youth League Committee. The main contents of the event were cleaning up illegal small advertisements, repairing green belts, cleaning and other cleaning activities, and cooperating with Nanning Creation Civilization City in a clean environment.

In October and October, the “Two Sessions One” event and the event were also organized jointly with the Youth League Committee. The activities lasted for two days, mainly because volunteers sent by the branch to maintain traffic order on the road to ensure smooth roads.

Third, October, "Folk Song Art Festival" activities. Go to the Friends of the Square as a volunteer.

Fourth, in November, send herbal tea activities. During the school sports meeting, the association launched a free herbal tea event to bring a touch of warmth to the teachers and students of the school.

In May and December, blood donation activities. The event sent two blood donation vehicles to the blood station in Nanning city center. The teachers and students of the whole school actively joined the blood donation. The activity lasted from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm and was a complete success.

Looking back at the work of the real semester, it is still very good overall and has a great social influence. However, the shortcomings in the work should also point out:

1. Every time a board meeting is opened, there is always someone who is late or absent.

Second, the Department of the Secretary's Management Association is not in place, and some things are difficult to recover after they are sent.

Third, the Propaganda Department is not careful enough to give notices and posters, sometimes there are typos or content expressions are not clear.

At the end of the semester, the students are no longer organizing activities because the students are busy preparing for the exam. By the end of the next semester, we will organize more meaningful activities, sum up the past experience, take the best of it, go to its dross, strive to do a better job, and let more members join the volunteers' love. In action, serve the society.
