Today is the first all-cadre meeting of our school in the new semester of 2019. I am very happy to gather with the counselors and teachers and the students and class cadres to discuss the work of our school. Summary of work for the last semester:

Under the leadership of the school league committee and the leadership teachers of our school, our School of Media and Art has done the following work in the second half of the 08-09 school year:

Welcome the new student, the student union will change the work, draft the student council's charter, the 07-level student Taihangshan sketch report exhibition, the 08-level student basketball friendly match, the 05-level student excellent work exhibition, the “host contest”, the computer and science institute 06 students The donation, and the Student Union of our school independently hosted the reception and venue arrangement of the first “two-way graduate conference”.

The work of the Student Union is:

The Discipline Inspection Department inspects uncivilized behavior on campus, irregular health inspections in the Ministry of Life, dormitory culture festivals, and restaurant questionnaires. The whole school basketball league of the Ministry of Sports, the selection of winter cross-country. The selection of the school etiquette team of the Ministry of Women’s Work. The Ministry of Education's "School Culture Campus" and "Campus Culture Construction Program" manuscript collection activities. The selection and rehearsal of the "College Student Image Display Competition" of the Ministry of Literature and Art.

In these work, the four members of the ceremonial team we selected were all received by the hospital. We won a first prize and a second prize in the “School Culture Campus”. In the "College Student Image Display Competition", our institute won a first prize and two second prizes. The “Host Contest” of our school provides a platform for media and broadcasting students to show their self, and also prepares backup power for future show hosts. Our school donated nearly 10,000 yuan to students who were very difficult in the family of cerebral hemorrhage. It provided great help for the classmates to save their lives. In the graduate conference, the student union will successfully receive and arrange more than 100 household units to provide good logistical support for the recruitment fair, which is highly praised by the student office and the Youth League Committee.

In the new semester, the general work plan of our student union is formulated as follows:

One: Strengthen the construction of structure and organization.

First of all, we must strengthen the internal structure of the Student Union , mainly reflected in the issue of solidarity. Since the establishment of the school, the team of students in our school has been growing and gradually becoming formal and orthodox. As a good team, I believe that only when everyone is united and twisted into a rope, the various departments work together to make the work of the entire student union as their own thing to make more impressive achievements. Maybe if the students who know the students know that our student unions have always been united inside, everyone is like a family. This is not an exaggeration. We have a subordinate title in our work, but in life we ​​have always been brothers and sisters. Proportionate. I hope that this kind of ethos will last forever in every student conference in the future, forming a tradition. What is the fear of a well-established team in the 21st century?

Second: the requirements for the work of various departments.

1. All departments of the Student Union must conduct reasonable and careful planning and arrangement for each job of the semester, and formulate relevant work related to the department according to the Grand Committee of the Youth League Committee and the plan of our institute. Seriously implement the spirit of the college's archives and create favorable conditions to strive to do the best in all work. We must have a spirit that is not afraid of difficulties.

2. All departments should try their best to complete the task alone, to prevent all work from being completed by the minister, but the officer only hangs up the job, and other departments only play a supporting role. It is necessary to implement accountability for responsibility and assign responsibility for tasks to people. Whose task is to be done, and if there is a problem with the work, someone should take responsibility.

4. The Student Union is a student-sex organization that represents the fundamental interests of the majority of students and is a bridge between students and teachers. We must strengthen our ties with our classmates, make full use of our officers and the various class committees, and promote their enthusiasm. All departments must take the initiative to work with the class committees. Establish a good image of student cadres, and find ways to let the class committee understand and support the work of our student union . If the class committee has difficulties in learning or life, students can help us directly to the student union office during our duty hours. Personnel must not slack off this work. 5. All departments must sum up the past experience and lessons to prevent the occurrence of efficiency and disregard of quality. We must implement quantitative management in accordance with the just-issued regulations of the Student Union to carry out a reasonable addition and subtraction quantitative system. Guarantee to be fair and just. To create a fair and reasonable competition platform for the officers, and use this as a basis for judging and selecting cadres. * A series of rewards and penalties for this charter and evaluation, etc. I will explain specifically here. In the past, our student unions also formulated relevant rules and regulations, but lacked an effective method to implement. To put it simply, it is not very attractive for officers and class committees to get extra points. I am also an ordinary student. I know that every student has something in mind. However, in the future work, the student union must strictly control the relationship, that is to say, the corresponding officers and class committees must obey the management. For example, the study committee members must obey the learning department, and the head of the discipline should obey the discipline inspection department.

6. The contents of the meeting and the work done by the department should have stubs, and at the end of the semester, the summary should be submitted to the office for archiving, leaving some experience for the next student union for reference.

We will encounter many difficulties in the implementation of the work, but I firmly believe that we will eliminate all difficulties and do our best to do the best work.
