In early September, in order to strengthen its management and facilitate the smooth development of future work, the archives of the Ministry of Sports will be re-examined. Supervise the scoring work of this semester and do a good job of the instruments of the various members of this semester. Combined with the problems that occurred in the sports department last semester, we revised the departmental system of sports, the scoring standards, personnel arrangements, and so on.

In late September, our sports department recruited new members, advertised and mobilized, and encouraged our new students to join.

And conduct a series of reviews on them. Replenish fresh blood in time to showcase a new and vibrant sports department. At the same time, we also organized a welcome event with the teachers of the sports team.

In October, we will lead the new members of the Student Union Sports Department to know the Sports Department and learn about the work done by the Sports Department. A series of requests were made to them, and the teachers of the Ministry of Sports were asked to give them a thought-oriented work. They also participated in various activities organized by the school to let them know about the sports department and also to understand the role of the student union .

In this activity, we learned to manage others, learn how to behave, how to resolve conflicts, how to coordinate the relationship between our members, how to deal with the relationship between the sports department and other departments, how to mobilize everything that can be united. power. In early December, the survey was conducted to understand the opinions and requirements of the students on various sports activities and work in the school, actively report to the relevant departments of the school, and continuously improve the sports facilities and promote the development of school sports activities. In late December, help the Ministry of Health to carry out activities.
