Final summary of the Student Affairs Service Center of the College General Student Union


Student union work is a major event that affects the majority of students. Only continuous innovation and improvement can meet the needs of a new generation of students. This work is like "going against the water, not going back." Therefore, students will make full use of the existing good situation and opportunities, boldly absorb students with strong ideas, learning and work ability, improve various rules and regulations, and do things in strict accordance with the rules and regulations.

In order to better manage the General Student Union , in the next semester, we have established and improved the organization of the Student Union at all levels, and divided the Student Union of the Youth League into six centers, and implemented centralized operation and team management.

During the semester's work, the Student Affairs Service Center is based on serving students, teachers, and the entire student body. The daily work of the center is mainly to organize all aspects of the entire School of Economics and Management, to help maintain the communication and liaison work of the entire Student Union , and to help teachers manage the management, supervision and assessment of the class. The work of the entire Student Affairs Service Center this semester is summarized as follows:

First, the work is complicated and the division of labor is unknown. The nature of the work of the center determines that all three of our departments must deal with computers, printers, photocopiers and other machines every day, and need to process a large number of files, which leads to the complexity and instability of the work. Since the center is a link between all the centers and departments of the General Student Union , and some functions of the center are also owned by each center and department, there is a division of labor between the departments, and the work is repeated. Case.

Second, the department, the lack of exercise. Since the center is a transactional department and has not done activities, resulting in the lack of exercise in this area for cadres and officers, the ability to plan and organize activities has naturally not been exercised.

Third, the work is trivial and lacks challenges. The work of the Center is basically repeated every day, and it is quite trivial. Therefore, cadres and officers generally feel that the work is not challenging, especially in the second half of the semester. The officers basically feel no passion and have a scornful mood in doing things.

Although the center's work in this semester has yet to be perfected, it is also due to the fact that the central system has just been run this semester, which is not ideal for the operation of the center, but these can be compensated and improved in the next semester. Therefore, I believe that under the operation of the “class-based contractor system” and the “central system”, the student delegation will be able to achieve good results in the next semester.
