1. In the first, second and third rounds of the investigation of the new members, our department neglected to investigate the 12 students who were preparing to join the group in the entire accounting section of the 08 accounting department because of carelessness. It may be because the club members' licenses for each branch were collected in March, and the volunteers who received the clubs at the same time were neglected because they were busy. Afterwards, we will remedy this. Let the students of the 12 initial new members of the 08 accountant directly enter the second round of new team members training, and then we are conducting a new team member survey. And the various officers in our department also carry out the ideological work of repentance. This is caused by our carelessness, and we will be cautious in the future.

2. The department's inventory work. At the beginning of each semester, our department will conduct a major inspection of the department's items. At the beginning of this semester, we performed this work as usual. But during this semester, we ignored the inventory of many items, such as white paper for posters. In this regard, we immediately counted the white paper, and the new items for this semester have also been registered. In this regard, our department also feels extremely embarrassed. We will remember this mistake and keep it in mind so as not to repeat it.

3. The training of the new members, our department also trains the new members as usual. It’s just that we work with the former team training department, and this job is followed by them. However, since the school league committee has been arranged into four departments, the training of the new team members is assigned to our organization department. However, because we have just contacted the entire training of the new members, we have not done a good job in this training. There are many places that are not detailed. Not thorough. 4. In the assessment of the new members, we follow the rules of assessment and go all out to conduct the assessment of the new members. Although, this is the first time that the organization department has carried out the assessment of the new members since the departmental reform, the overall effect is good, and the serious assessment of the new members has been strengthened.
