New school year, new beginning! With the beginning of the new semester, the work of our Science and Technology Research Department has been carried out one after another. Reviewing the departmental work of the past month is both a challenge and a test! The specific work is summarized as follows:

I. Handover of departmental work and planning division of labor

After the completion of the work of the Minister of the Communist Youth League, the department carried out the handover of various tasks and listened to the opinions and suggestions of the previous minister on the new development of various tasks.

After the completion of the handover work, the division of duties of the ministers was carried out as follows:

Minister Chen Guiyun: Truly convey and implement the resolutions and instructions of the general branch of the regiment, and report the situation to the in charge of the secretary in a timely manner. Responsible for the launch of the group day activities and the management and update of department blogs.

Vice Minister Chen Suhong: Responsible for the launch of the group day activities and the development of the Innovation Fund, and increase the propaganda of the “Innovation Fund” work.

Vice Minister Zhong Tujuan: Responsible for the research activities and the management of departmental materials, and strive to do better research activities.

Hu Xiaobo, Vice Minister: Responsible for the development of research activities and financial management of the department, handling the budget and reimbursement of the department.

After the first ministerial meeting of the general branch of the regiment, the clerk clearly defined the department’s duties and work.

Second, research activities

The first research activity of this semester began on September 20th. After several meetings and discussions, the theme of the survey was “Student's Views on the Reform of English 4-6 Computer Tests”. The current research plan and questionnaire are still in existence. In the improvement, it is expected that the National Day holiday can be investigated.

Third, the innovation fund

The completion of the Innovation Fund in 2019 has been completed and the selection process is underway. The establishment of the Innovation Fund in 2019 is still in progress.

Fourth, the daily work of the department

The daily work of the department is working normally, including blog management, and the data is submitted in turn, which can be completed in time.
