Summary of the work of the second semester of the Ministry of Life in 2012-2019
During this semester, with the support of the leaders of the schools and student councils and the support of the students, the Youth Affairs Department of the Youth League Committee has carried out a series of activities, insisting on the service of classmates as the working principle, and strengthening the connection between students and schools, classmates and student unions . 1, dormitory health check:
The department conducts monthly dormitory health inspections as usual. We have perfect reference standards for health inspection of student residences and evaluation criteria for dormitory health scores. To a certain extent, we have greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of our university students to pay attention to hygiene and to become civilized college students. In the process of dormitory health inspection, we treat people with politeness and put forward their deficiencies and demand perfection. At the same time, they patiently introduced the functions of our department and sincerely welcome them to provide valuable comments and suggestions. Finally, we promptly report the results of the student dormitory inspections and existing problems to the leaders. Regular monthly dormitory hygiene inspections not only strengthened the health management of the dormitory, but also urged the students to clean up their own dormitory, so that they can develop good living habits and provide a good environment for learning. At the same time, it ensures the communication between classmates and student unions , and finds problems and solves them in time. Such information exchange and workflow ensure the safety and comfort of the students' living environment, and also fulfill the mission of the Ministry of Life.
2. Regular meetings of the Ministry of Life:
The Ministry of Life has consistently adhered to the regular system of the Ministry of Life, which is held every Wednesday at 17:45 in 1411. The main content involves the tasks assigned by each member and the progress of their activities, scheduling the work of the week, solving the problems and difficulties encountered in the work, as well as the planning preparation and conclusion after the event, including the achievements and shortcomings. Improve the inadequacies, brainstorm all the members of the questions raised, and strive to do their best.
Second, the activities involved:
1. Sunshine engineering. Among them, we work together, this activity not only allows us to exercise, but also makes our departments more united and cohesive.
2. Learn to train. In the dry training, we learned how to do a student cadre, how to take responsibility for it, what kind of mentality to treat the work, and to learn, but also to clear the purpose of our family meeting.
3. Anti-drug activities. In anti-drug activities, by visiting various drugs and spreading their own knowledge of anti-drugs, we understand that drugs are terrible. We must learn to protect ourselves and never be with drugs. We have to close the door to the possibility of drugs in our lives. Do not let the devil of drugs harm our beautiful life. Let the alarm bell of life ring and remind yourself to "reject drugs and cherish life."
4. Fundraising activities. After the earthquake in Yushu, Qinghai, the school organized this party. We participated in it. During this party, our department was responsible for the safety and logistics of the main passages, but the tiredness and sweat did not make us feel hard. During the party, I was very touched, moved our firm support in the face of disasters, touched our courage in the face of danger, and moved our true feelings of difficulty and support from all sides. I also offered my love. Although I know that my love can't solve anything, I believe that with all of us united and working together, we can help Yushu to tide over the difficulties and rebuild our homeland!
5, the star of the style contest. Our life department cooperated with other brother departments to arrange the venue, and the maintenance staff of the venue during the whole process of the party ensured that the whole party was safe and smooth. And after the event is over, clean up the venue and so on.
6, basketball game. Our Life Department and the Outreach Department had a friendly match, and our 09 officers were actively involved. The competition on the field was very intense, and the cheerleading mood was very high. Even if we did not win, we were in the first place of friendship. 7. Expand activities. In this activity, let us experience learning, hone our will, and stimulate personal potential.
