In 2019, under the careful guidance of the school associations, the Social Management Committee actively promoted, continuously strengthened the construction of the association, promoted the growth of the association, further strengthened the service function of the Social Management Committee, and created an open, lively and innovative home for the development of the association. . It provides a platform for students to participate in associations, participate in practice, cultivate sentiment and improve themselves.

In the past year, the Social Management Committee of our hospital has organized various activities to promote the campus culture, serve the majority of students, and enrich the second class life of students. During the semester, the various departments of the association jointly strengthened the exchanges and mutual learning between the ministries while actively completing the duties within the division. On the occasion of the 4th College Student Community Cultural Activity Festival held in our college, the Department of Engineering and Technology held the first A debate contest and praised by the teacher. 2. For the 4th College Student Community Cultural Activity Festival, the Social Management Committee successfully hosted the first debate contest of the Engineering and Technology College. The contest was organized by the Sakura Foreign Language Association, the Love Association and the Calligraphy Association. During the period, the students participated enthusiastically, the atmosphere was active, and they were highly praised by the leaders and teachers.

3. Organizing members of the various departments to conduct a basketball friendly match with the Sakura Foreign Language Association, Calligraphy Association, and Love Association, which will help strengthen the communication and cooperation between the Social Management Committee and the associations.

Third, the Propaganda Department - publicity work:

1. The Ministry is mainly responsible for the propaganda work of the associations, mainly referring to the written, broadcast notices, posters, slogans, and text reports of the associations.

2. During the semester, systematic statistics will be made for all members of the publicity department to facilitate contact. In response to the 4th Society Cultural Activities Festival, the Social Management Committee has improved the writing format of posters and promotional banners, and has carried out a series of publicity work for the Cultural Activities Festival.

3. The members of the second part of the week participated in the training of writing brush, hard pen, poster, etc., and further promoted the ability of members.
